Classy looking watch
Received the watch in the stipulated time, in the ‘flesh’ it looked exactly like the item in the photo. After sales service was excellent. Early days of ownership but no reason to doubt the claims made for it. Would recommend this company to others.

Communicative and punctual
Greyhours sent regularly emails with an update regarding the watch and they sent the watch a few days earlier than originally stated.
The return policy is, however, below the standard of European suppliers.

The watch is just beautifully made!!!Everything about it is well thought and crafted.They have thought about the whole experience from packaging to the warranty card which is made really well.The quality of paper used is amazing and everything has a personal touch to it.The watch is minimal and classy! I also loved the packaging for the extra strap with a nice note in it about how the leather is made.The cardholder and the instruction manual is also designed really well:) I loved the wholesome experience of gifting this beautiful watch and will surely buy more products in the future!!

Limited addition, Steel Blue watch.
The look, feel and build quality of the watch is superb. It came well packaged and delivered in good reasonable time. I had to request extra links for the strap which were sent on after I received the watch although I had informed Greyhours of this. This was inconvenient as I couldn't wear the watch as the strap is too small as standard and I do have to take the watch to a reputable jewellers to have the extra links inserted.

The only thing I regret is the way of setting the day of the week. You have to turn the hands many times to get to the right day. There is no "direct" way to do it.

Received the watch in a nice packaging.
The material looks great & feels great.
Very comfortable on the hand.
The "day" setting is pretty troublesome as I have to turn clockwise many rounds just to get the correct day.
