이전에 Classic Black을 쓰고 있었음.
이전에 비해 시침과 분침의 가독성이 확연히 좋아졌다.
(빛 반사가 적어졌고, 시간판이 훨씬 잘보인다.)
하지만 greyhours만의 매력(All black with blue second hand design)이 반감되는 느낌을 지울 수가 없다.

Superb customer service from Greyhours!
I have recently purchased a Greyhours watch as a gift for Xmas 2017, however didn't realise that my original choice of watch was still in it's 'pre-order' phase. When I reached out to the Greyhours team to check the status of my order, they clearly explained that my original choice wouldn't actually arrive until March 2018, but as a gesture of goodwill allowed me to change my order (which happened to be at a higher price) free of charge. This now means that it will arrive in time for Xmas. Hugely impressed with the brand's proactive approach to customer service. A pleasure to buy from, and I can't wait to receive my timepiece. Keep up the good work Greyhours!

Problems albeit the good customer service
The packaging is excellent and the watch looks brilliant.
The invoice for customs, however, states that the watch is 15 USD; I am little puzzled as to why we were charged 260 Euros, when it is only 15 USD.
Additionally, there seems to be a scuff mark on the watch, I will be happy to post the picture of it here if given a choice

The value on the customs declaration is there for some countries to avoid the customs office charging you ridiculous amounts of tax. 15$ is obviously not the cost of the watch which is way over a hundred. Concerning the mark on the watch, please contact support@greyhours.com and if it can't be cleaned it will be replaced free of charge. Thank you.
