Second to none
This product is superior to anything else I have purchased, the build quality is just unbelievable, even comes in an amazing case with cloth and leather cleaner. Now that has to be a good thing. Yes they are expensive, but worth every penny.

In a ever changing world service nowadays seems a difficult thing and money seems more important than customer satisfaction... Not when it concerns Greenwich Design... After having bought the Blake case for my iPhone 12 Pro the new magsafe charger from Apple ccaused a problem with the Blake case as the two did not match... Living in the Netherlands I contacted Greenwich Design for feedback / support... And to my upmost surprise Greenwich took notice of my problem... For me as a blind person wireless charging is essential... Greenwich did not took shelter in what-ever-way and they have started manufacturing the Blake case now with the magsafe possibility... And to add to this they have send me their newly designed B lake case to the Netherlands. the magsafe hotspot is no issue as the case and the charger inmediately connect without any problem... A big compliment to Greenwich and in particular to Diana to whom I have been speaking all this time... No other case for me from now on... Greenwich has stolen my heart with their product but also with their customer satisfaction policy...!!

Ordered the Blake in seal grey for my iPhone 12 Pro Max. An amazing phone case, unbelievable quality and attention to detail through the design. Exceeds all my expectations. Slight delay in receiving but customer service throughout order process was excellent.

Great customer service and a brilliant phone case. The case not only looks good, but also feels well made and fits the phone well.

I ordered the iPhone SE 2020 case in Beluga Black. The case, needless to say, is beautiful. It fits perfectly, but could be a little more snug at the bottom (it will not come loose, but doesn’t nestle in as well as the other 90% of the body).

The packaging and thought and care that went into this case and its shipping was incredible.

The packaging is beautiful and it’s classy presentation is outstanding.

The case also came with a few hidden gems, like some cream for the leather, a cloth to rub it in and a little leaflet and bag to keep these accessories in.

My only criticism of Greenwich Design is that their online range is very limited, and I would love to see a variety of products for different devices! There is only one option for my phone, and it would be nice to have a choice between some other designs - maybe one with a credit card pocket at the back :-)

Buy from this company. You won’t regret it. And their customer service is excellent!

Slight issue rectified professionally with minimum fuss

Greenwich are an excellent company to deal with. Their products are of a very high quality. I bought a cover for my iPhone X, it was not cheap but it was of superb quality. It had clearly been manufactured from the finest quality materials with an attention to detail that is second to none. I have been delighted with it in every respect. Their service is outstanding with prompt delivery and response. Receiving my case was such a pleasure as it is packaged beautifully. So, not cheap but well worth the investment. I’m pleased to recommend them without reservation.
