The item was shipped from London to Edinburgh, Glasgow and then Edinburgh
The item was shipped from London, to Edinburgh and then to Glasgow and then shipped back to the same Edinburgh warehouse again.

Was then sitting somewhere for the best part of a week before being delivered and no information that the item was out for delivery.

The iPhone case is very poor quality and will not last. I had contacted Greenwich Design twice by email and through their website about the missing delivery and received no reply.

Lifetime warranty isn't worth the paper its written on. I Bought one for my Iphone 6 in 2017. Looked great, the leather etc was lovely but the plastic mounts failed at the corners very quickly. Contacted the company and they replaced it. Same problem happened again. They acknowledged some quality problems with the materials and replaced again, no quibbles. After a year or so (2021) the same problem arose and the leather started coming away all over the place. Contacted them again. This time I was dealt with by a different person who was much less helpful. I sent them photo's of their supposedly 'bullet proof' case and was fobbed off with

I'm afraid we don't do cases for the iPhone 6/6s any longer, however we could get a bespoke case made for you if you prefer.
Production would take 3-5 weeks and it would cost £129.

Me regalaron un set de maletas, mi padre, y se la llevo de viaje a Tailandia, volvió con la maleta sin ruedas, entonces me compró otra vez el mismo set.
El año pasado me fui a Argentina, al llegar al aeropuerto de Brasil, una rueda rota, tuve que reclamar, y me dieron poco y nada..
Volví a comprar otra maleta, y este verano 2024, llegando a Praga, otra vez rueda rota.
Por eso hay que guardar los tickets, porque ahora yo no podría reclamar en ningún sitio.
Lo mejor es comprar las de tela porque las de plástico acaban rota hagas el viaje que hagan lamentablemente.
Estaría genial si pudierais buscar la forma de reforzar esta parte, porque justamente no son maletas de pocos Euros, y las compramos para que podamos usarlas bastantes, no solo una por viaje.

Their lifetime warranty and service is fantastic; my Greenwich Portland got damaged in a little accident (but kept my device undamaged) and has been replaced under warranty, straight away. Their products are not cheap, but a great investment for the longer term with such a service and loyalty to their customers.

The look, feel and overall quality of a phone case is really important to me.(A first world problem I know!).

When I upgraded my phone I was really disappointed to learn that the case I had from another supplier was not available for the 15 pro max. After two weeks of looking I landed on your website and ordered a case that I hoped would meet my brief.

I've purchased three Greenwich Design Blake MagSafe iPhone cases for myself & my family over the years & have been absolutely satisfied with all of them.

They do a great job in protecting the phone, look & feel like a quality product & are often admired by others.

There's a lifetime guarantee but I must say that my oldest case is still in use and looking better than new.

Finally, the customer service at Greenwich is superb , nothing is too much trouble & Diana always does her best to leave the customer happy.

I had an issue with my Portland Leather Beluga case for my iPhone 13 Pro. I contacted Greenwich and supplied a photograph. The issue was immediately acknowledged. My case was replaced without any quibble or delay free of charge. Excellent customer service/support.

Purchased a Blake iPhone case from Greenwich and couldn’t be happier with it. Very high quality materials and workmanship. The case looks great and the magnetic cover and back are really useful features. Plush interior looks and feels great and their customer service is superb. I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Greenwich for quality phone cases and top notch service.

Tristram's review below is spot on! Nice leather but the rest is cheap. The metal effect plastic is all worn within a few months, small splinters of plastic have burst through the leather. Tried to get my money back on the refund policy with no joy. I have purchased a Torro one hopefully, that will fair better and it's a fraction of the price.

This phone case is about as good as it gets. I bought the "Blake" for an iPhone Mini and the case is exquisite. The stitching is absolutely perfect and the leather is top quality. The metal finishing is also flawless. I'm accustomed to the higher end phone cases and this one is my favorite so far. I also ordered myself a second one in another color as well as another model for my wife. I also love that it has a magnetic closure which has the perfect amount of hold for the cover.

I got a folio case for an iPhone 11 Pro manufactured by Greenwich (but sold via Proporta). Unfortunately, it relatively quickly deteriorated. While the leather parts are good, far from being made of quality materials, the remainder of the case is electroplated white plastic. This degrades and becomes brittle, and looks awful once the metallic plating is worn - just cheap and nasty. For one of the most expensive cases on the market, this is poor.
(Interestingly, Greenwich.design suggested that this review should be with Proporta, and not them. Even though Proporta no longer retail the Greenwich cases, but do run the dedicated site Greenwich.design - as confirmed by their online support. Seem to be trying to disassociate themselves from a bad review.)

A great company with fantastic customer service and a product worth every penny!
I recently took a tumble on the sidewalk with my phone in hand. I landed pretty hard, so did the phone... The case protected my phone like it should!

This is my second purchase from Greenwich design as my first experience was excellent, and I have every reason to believe that my second purchase will be just as good - when I eventually receive it.

However, they have not replied to my two emails and neither have they responded to my “chat” message. So my complaint is about communication rather than the product.
Perhaps they don’t check their emails regularly?
