I would prefer not to give any stars. Our lawn looks appalling. Staff are pleasant but all have different stories. We can't get through to speak to anyone to find out how to make progress. I reached out on Instagram and was promised a review, om our last visit we were promised another review. I'm actually feeling quite angry about the amount of money we have spent and have a dry lawn, dead in many places
About to cancel but feel we need SOMETHING for our considerable investment

Darren Messen [89th branch] has been a regular visitor for many years. Today, he applied Summer Ready and Oasis treatments to our lawns. He is quick and efficient, but he always has a moment or two to discuss any lawn issues or future treatments. He is a true asset and professional member of our local GreenThumb team.

The lawn specialist did a great job (again) in advising what he was doing and why.
The work was carried out very efficiently.
I would give 5 stars, but unfortunately Green Thumb only confirms whether their lawn specialist is coming
AM or PM at 08.00 on the day of the visit which is very frustrating. I hope they will look into improving this aspect of their service.

David Gleeson - explained very well about the treatment needed .

Our lawn was in a very poor state due to the fact that it had not been regularly mowed for a number of months at the start and end of the growing season due to long absences. I was a little sceptical when Lee came to see us and recommended their lawn refresh programme however the results within a matter of weeks have been excellent. A few small areas that will need a little seeding in the Spring but all very minor. I cannot speak highly enough of Lee's work and professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The lawn has never looked better in the 37 years that we have been in the property.

David Gleeson came out yesterday for our first to confirm the lawn size, pricing and to recommend the services we need. He was brilliant. Cannot recommend him enough. He explained what was included in each tier of pricing, explained which services we needed and why, and is the reason we're progressing with Green Thumb.

Greenthumb sent Steve Shaw to assess the condition of the lawn. He did a good job addressing the issues we encountered and we hope that the lawn will become lush again.

We had excellent friendly service and really good advice from Jamie at the Canterbury branch.

Used Greenthumb for a few years consistently. At 1st our lawn looked lovely and lush and green but it was a brand new turfed lawn. I didn’t like the way they came, treated the lawn and on their portal said everything was good when in fact I could see weeds coming thru. I expected a recommendation. Well after a few years and my lawn now looking like it’s almost dead and covered in thatch which can’t be raked out due to the time of year (thanks Greenthumb) and being told it’s looking like this because of over watering and yet this was the hottest period in the history books, what utter none sense. Treatments are now cancelled and would I recommend? No. A lot of money for very little effort. Ok it saved me doing the treatments when I was busy and working full time but I’m not any longer so now Greenthumb have ruined it I will try to improve it again.

5/7/26 still awaiting a reply but not holding my breath. I decided today was the day to take control myself so gave the lawn a cut and a small rake. What I found has dumb struck me! I’m gob smacked! Layers and layers of moss!! What have Greenthumb been doing? They were suppose to be treating this regularly. They only scarified it a few months ago or did they? I paid for it anyway. Absoloutley useless! They come across so professional and friendly but trust me after a few months you’re just a number and a number which gets ignored!! Read all the 5 star results if you must but take them with a pinch of salt as I spent £hundreds over the years with Greenthumb & all of it was wasted looking at what now resembles a children’s school playing field

No surprise really but NO REPLY from the email they requested me to send
8/7/26 reply from Greenthumb received, basically to cut a long story short, “we are sorry, you’re right we let you down, this wasn’t up to our normal standards”. Oh well that’s ok then. “Give us another go if you like”? Now you’ve practically killed my lawn no frigging chance! Thanks for nothing

Had my green thumb chap around this morning,nice and early as I was informed,very nice guy was Roy and also very informative,Roy was very pleasant and was able to help with another question about gardening which I found very good,as they say,you learn something new everyday,thanks for your services today.would fully recommend this company.
