GreenThumb Lawn Treatment Service Omdömen 

My lawn was cut this morning by Cameron Robinson who is a member of the GreenThumb Canterbury branch. As usual, Cameron was very polite and friendly. He took great care to do a thorough and professional job. He is always willing to deal with any queries I have and had helped me by rescheduling this particular visit. I am very satisfied with the lawn cutting service.

Gone backwards since local franchise taken over,takes an eternity for the phone to be answered by the north Wales H.O.

Having been a Greenthumb franchise customer for many years, the franchises have been taken in house the last tells me,
When I started my treatments where £15 per month they have now risen to £30 per month, I get it things do go up, however my last treatment was £60 no explanation, when I enquired I was told I’d had a double treatment I wasn’t asked or given the choice just told it needed to be paid as the franchise was closing this I duly paid,(told today that the treatment was done early) obviously getting money in before finishing, I emailed Greenthumb to cancel any future treatments never had a response, anyway they turned up and tried to gain access to apply a treatment they called me and I said I’d cancelled and explained why, the guy seemed concerned that they where losing a client, he said he would like to reschedule and offered me a free treatment as a goodwill gesture this I accepted and the treatment was booked they emailed confirmation which I still have, they have turned up this morning and said no free treatment I would have to pay,, needless to say I have now cancelled for good, they really don’t seem to care anymore

Had lawn treatment for several years. When prices increased this year I asked them to recheck size of lawn. They did this and found that they had been overcharging. New “increased” price would be less than previous. They will not answer my emails in respect of a refund due. I have now gone to a local smaller supplier.

Richard Beech came to cut my lawn and did a brilliant job!

I would definitely recommend Greenthumb to look after your lawn.

Jamie who is with the Canterbury branch has been coming to me for well over 2 years now and always arrives first thing in the morning because he know I like to get my treatment out the way. He is polite, talkative and does a great job in treating my lawn.

I've used Greenthumb for around 10 years on two different properties. Their treatment gets results and I've largely been a happy customer. This year they seem to be struggling with resource. At least one treatment has been missed. Contacting customer service has been difficult but they acknowledge they've had resource problems. My request for a proportionate refund has been refused so I'll be going elsewhere.

We've known Wayne for several years.
He's knowledgeable, professional and punctual.
He offers advice as needed and our lawn looks much better than before we started with Green Thumb.

Hopeless. The local franchise changed 6 months ago. Since then I have not had a single treatment and my enquiries as to why remain completely unanswered. They are advertising 40% off for new customers, but it would seem taking existing business for granted in my area (West Sussex). The people who do the treatment are good in my experience, but the management is wholly inadequate and communication unacceptable. Avoid entering into any agreement would be my advice.

Quick&efficient .Pleasant

The guy that came was excellent but since then trying to communicate has been difficult. We are still awaiting a date for the hard surface treatment and I received 3 mails for 3 treatments when we only asked for 2 treatments .
Lawncare and hard surface treatments. One mail was sent saing confiirmed lawn cutting which is not required. I sent a mail to Customer Service but heard nothing and that was 30th June !RE. Contact Reference 01871606

We had them for 10 years. Everyone comments on the lawn, it’s weed free and a good colour. Staff friendly. Will continue to use them.

Cray is an excellent representative for Greenthumb. Very knowledgeable, well mannered and dedicated to what he does and looking after his customers. Always a pleasure to see him. We are in good hands with Greenthumb!

We paid for 4 treatments on our lawn last year after being assured that they could help revive our small lawn.
We are extremely disappointed, the lawn is still sparse and patchy with weeds. Despite contacting them in March, we have received one email back in April saying that they would get their expert to contact us. We have heard nothing further and our lawn is still looking very unhappy. They did not follow up at all and have left us having spent a lot of money with nothing to show for it. I am disgusted with the service.

The company from first contact showed a deeply professional client facing outlook. From leaving my contact details to having a greenthumb representative visit to do an assessment review each person involved made us feel that we would be in good hands. The greenthumb rep David Gleeson was extremely knowledgeable about the products available. Describing our needs and what options greenthumb which would bring our garden back to how we wished it to be. Well done greenthumb, keep up this approach to your business structure.

Would be nice to have been offered some compensation for works not carried out in accordance with there specifications regard Michael woods

Quick and easy treatment followed by recommendations

We have been customers of Green Thumb for many years, and our local operators Darren and Chris at the Bath branch are as good as ever, but since the company was taken over and reorganised, contacting their office has become almost impossible. Their phone goes unanswered and my resultant email enquiry was responded to about 6 weeks later with an incomplete/inaccurate reply.

If it was not for the excellent service we get from the local team, by now we would b looking elsewhere.

Their HQ needs to get its act together.
