Great picnic rucksack for a family of four

Very happy with my purchase and the speed of delivery.

The bag is great, heavy duty stitching, the compactness is good but disappointed with the quality of plates and glasses. You cant cut on the plates and the green colouring is pitted with bobbles of white melamine.

My rucksack for 2 was given to me as a present. The rucksack is really well made and very comfortable. The design of the interior is very clever and houses the cutlery and plates etc so that it doesn't feel bulky.
I've used it on the beach for walks on the moor and trip to the river and I'm really pleased with it.
I ordered some extra glasses from your website as one of them went missing.

I was very pleased with the item ordered from the Greenfield Collection. I had seen it online and visited their site to order. As a first time purchaser, I joined the email list to receive news of products with a 10% off offer on my first order. Just after placing my order, the email offering 10% off arrived, too late - or so I thought! Pointing this out to Greenfield, they kindly refunded 10%. The item arrived promptly and efficiently and is already in use. Very good service and I hope to purchase further items from them.

Our tea caddy is a lovely addition to our picnic set, great quality. I would definitely recommend.

The factories currently churning out molle-compatible water bottle pouches seem to be incapable of producing one with a zippered lid that will comfortably accommodate a 1-litre water bottle.

This is not a problem for the wine cooler bag that I purchased from Greenfield, which is a stylish and well-made alternative, with a padded interior, that keeps my bottle separate from the other items inside my rucksack during hikes. It arrived quickly and I am very happy with it.

When full, the cooler can be quite awkward to carry using the shoulder strap, particularly if you are wearing it crossbody, since the weight of the contents drags the shoulder pad against the neck while the bag bounces stiffly against the body.

However, this is a design problem with wine coolers in general and nobody is going to carrying one of these for miles.

I can only respond second hand as picnic set bought as present for my daughter and I haven’t seen it yet! Sorry. But my daughter is delighted and all was delivered as expected.

We broke our sandwich containers by placing something in that we shouldn't have which resulted in them breaking. Nothing to do with the manufacturer.

Quickly ordered replacement and was shipped out to us by Royal Mail in 2 days.
