The transfers were seamless and the personnel at the hotels were very accommodating. The hotels in Athens and Santorini were great but the hotel in Mykonos was a 3 star at the most. The shower was terrible and water went everywhere since there was no door or curtain. The towels were thin and rough

The trip was well worth the money
The trip was well worth the money. We had a nice room in a hotel right in the center of the action in Waikiki. The beach was right across the street from our hotel and we were able to walk to the Aquaruim and the Zoo. We enjoyed ourselves!!

Very good trip
Overall, the trip was very good. The only complaint was the flight routing. The 5 plus hour layover was a bit much. We ended up at our ultimate destination after dark. Otherwise, everything was as advertised.

Customer service with this company is terrible.
The trip was enjoyable, but the customer service was terrible. We could get no help when trying to find out the train schedule( so we could plan our itinerary). When we did get the train tickets, they were printed in the German language. We had a major issue with the train from Vienna to Prague, and could not get any help from GVV. Our flight connections were done so bad that we had to literally run from one plane to another to barely make the next flight. I would not reccomend GVV to anyone unless the price for the trip was worth all the problems.

When we first checked in
When we first checked in, the hotel (Windsor Plaza Hotel-Rio de Janeiro) had us in separate rooms. We resolved this, but it took time. I could not access my original documents, and could not prove that we had full beds. I still cannot see the original purchase. There’s no information of the hotel at all.
The hotel beds we were given were twin beds, and they were bad and uncomfortable to sleep on. You could feel the springs.
Housekeeping would start working at 6am, by slamming doors of their work station.
Everything could be heard through thin walls and doors.
The lobby was nice, and workers helpful.
Breakfast was ok, fruit was delicious, stay away from the too tough bacon.
Location was good, but don’t pick this hotel unless you get a real nice room.

We booked a trip to Malta
We booked a trip to Malta. The hotel was very nice and the airport transfer was right on time to and from the hotel! The only complaint was our 6 hour layover in Dublin to Malta and our overnight on the way home. I understand that was Aer Lingus but made for a very long journey to and from Malta.

I'd never used this travel company before so wasn't sure what to expect for the airfare/hotel deal to Hawaii. It exceeded expectations! There was no problem with our flight reservations and the hotel was definitely nicer than I expected. I will definitely look to book another trip.

Ireland trip limerick , Killarney , Dublin lovely
My wife and I just came back from Ireland with the great value vacation package to Ireland .everything we booked through from the planes to the hotels even the rental car were perfect . We also had vouchers to different attractions which were wonderful. We only changed our last day because we wanted to spend a little bit more time in Dublin and see the Guinéss warehouse and a couple of things in Dublin which are easy enough to book through Viator . But the package offered to us was wonderful. I will most definitely recommend it.
