Excellent customer service
I had searched other suppliers for the fencing products I needed and only Grangewood had them all in stock, great price too. But more impressively I got a phone call to point out I had ordered the wrong size screws and suggested an alternative. Next day delivery too.
A warm welcome
A warm welcome, very helpful with regards to sorting out measurements for joists and decking and guaranteed next day delivery.
Fence panels not made well
Back in spring 2022 I got in touch with grangewood Yoxall. My overlap fencing were gapping as if there was an overlap missing. I was told they were too busy to send any body out to look at them.
I have been in touch a couple of times since then and I still haven’t had a response.
I chose Grangewood as members of my family have been happy with their purchase. So needless to say I am disappointed with them. The fences are not going to last as long as they should.
With all the wet weather the gap’s have closed up.
3ft Picket pointed fencing plus posts
Took delivery of the pointed Picket 3ft fencing plus posts in Tamworth Staffs and the quality was amazing and the product received was even better than that on the website.
Grangewood are incredibly competitive…
Grangewood are incredibly competitive with pricing. They delivered when the said they were going to. I ordered wet cast so I knew they would not be perfect. I do think the moulds could be four sided but still it was by far the cheapest. Panels are very good quality. Driver was helpful. I cannot complain. I still have a lot to install but I’ve got no issue with the materials and service.
Satisfactory but could do better.
Having read reviews after my first order I was worried but it turned out OK. Just a few niggles though. Initial confirmation email went to junk. When I found it, it appeared to be from another (sister?) company. They should look at this because their emails shouldn’t look like junk to hotmail. They ignored my email requesting confirmation, sent before I looked in the junk folder. They didn’t tell me or negotiate the delivery day and the order turned up unexpected. Yes, I checked junk. There was only one man, the driver, to unload extremely heavy items. I’m physical unable to help and they should not assume help is available especially when they turn up unannounced. On the plus side they allowed me to add to the order 3 days after I made the initial order without paying again for delivery (£50). In short, communications are bad and they should not send out one man when the load is heavy. Try to do better.
Near enough perfect
I placed a very large order for some Hazel Hurdles which initially the order delivery date was not forthcoming and the communication was nil I spoke to their HO who passed me onto the Birmingham number, I spoke to a guy called Alex ( maybe Alec) but he was really helpful and from this moment on my faith was restored and I couldn’t be more happy the quality was good delivery was fab the drivers were both really helpful and yes I would 100% order from them again ( it would have been 5 stars but the initial order handling snd lack of communication lost a star ! ).

Really wished I'd checked these reviews before trying to buy from their ebay page! Not only did they take our money for an order, then message after the event trying to add another £25 delivery charge on top of the £19.99 charged with the order. When I queried this - the woman had the nerve to call me on my personal mobile no. to argue the point! Disgusting customer service- dishonest and unclear delivery issues. She didn't even apologise but just told me I should have read the ad properly. Why can the order be accepted if the delivery charges are incorrect??????? The adding of delivery charges after paying for an order is not permitted in Ebay regulations. I shall be reporting them to trading standards and to ebay.

A great experience despite being concerned by previous negative reviews.
I called the number on the website and spoke to a lovely lady about delivery to Wales, she directed me to the Birmingham branch. Called them and an equally nice man listened to my requirements and recommended a fence panel he had in stock to enable me to get them ASAP. He directed me to where they were on the website so I could make sure I was happy and took my order over the phone. Delivery date confirmed at time of order and took payment. He called me this morning to let me know the driver was on his way and Russell arrived on time and was great! Very pleasant to talk to and a quick drop off. All in all, fab service from order to delivery, and would definitely recommend them.
Substandard Quality.
Waney edge boards 4ft,5ft and 6ft.
Purchased 2 years ago, most slats have shrunk leaving gaps along the length of panels, knots have fallen out, framework falling apart and now look 10 years old!
Infact a child of 8 could easily kick them through!
Utter utter garbage.

Turned up to get some fencing little fat bloke snapped out of stock for wot I wanted then told not open to the public. The gates were open he just couldn't be bothered so went to AG FENCING Down the road and they couldn't be any more helpful up yours Grange wood
Absolutely awful customer service in…
Absolutely awful customer service in the Tamworth branch. Never answer their phone and just expect you to know when your order is ready. Wouldn't use this company again
First time and the last time, never again.
Like many others, not a great experience. Ordered stock items from the website and had to chase numerous times for a delivery date over a five week period. Called one number who gave me another, who gave me another, who gave me another, what a way to carry on.
Do not use them
Do not use them. Phoned them to find out how long from online ordering to collecting was told 3 to days. Ordered £300 of duraposts. A week later nothing phoned should be more 2 days. Then nothing phoned again after 2 weeks Can't find order. Poor customer service. Poor website no stock availability. I got the duraposts next day from Scotland delivered to Midlands. Something a Elite Durapost stockist couldn't do. Also passed this onto Birkdale the manufacturer of the posts and the ones calling them Elite stockists.
Don't bother with click and collect.
Went in to Tamworth branch to pick up one 2.4m decking joist, only to be told that it was delivery or click and collect only. Absolutely no mention of this on the website. Back home, ordered for c & c on 24th April, waited for contact to say it was ready. Nothing up to today, 4th May. Phoned main tel. no., no answer for several attempts so phoned branch.
Told if I hadn't been contacted, it was probably out of stick, then went to check order. Oh, you can come and fetch one now. How long would I have waited, if I hadn't phoned????
Like many reviewers, won't be using again. Used to be a good company, seems liks they've gone seriously downhill.
Brilliant service, couldn’t have wished for more.
I placed my large order on 21/4 for a variety of concrete fence posts, gravel boards and postcrete. Had a phone call within 48 working hours of me placing my order to advise one item was arriving in stock this week and that such a large order, quite a distance from the depot would require two trucks at the same time so it may take a few days to arrange delivery. I was grateful for the call and update as I understand material supply is in high demand and the supply chain is problematic nationally. Got a call on 4 of May stating my delivery would be with me today as they had managed to arrange the bigger truck so it can come in one load. Delivery arrived within specified time, great quality products, friendly driver to unload. Could not wish for a better service. In the current climate I did not expect delivery so quickly. Their website stated it was a 7-10day lead time and my delivery came 8 working days from placing my order. Highly recommend and great communication throughout.
I have only given Grangewood a one start review as I cant give them anything lower.
We ordered a garden arch from Grangewood about 10 weeks ago. We have been sent the wrong and cheaper arches on two separate occasions. We are yet to be sent the arch we ordered.
The phone is rarely answered when you need to speak to someone. On the rare occasion when you can speak to someone the stock answer is that someone will call you back. I haven't been called back once.

Rang (several times) managed to speak to someone who promised to call back with estimated delivery date.. 2 weeks later.. still no call
Thought I'd shop local to support local business... big mistake!!.. buyer beware, shop elsewhere..
Extremely poor customer service
Extremely poor customer service. Order put in on 30th March had email to say thanks we have taken your money delivery in 7 to 10 days. Having tried to call repeatedly with no answer finally got through today firstly struggled to find our order then to be told most of what we have ordered is out of stock, and has been for some time, yet the website did not reflect this and there has been no communication from Grangewood telling us they have no stock yet amazingly they were happy to take the money.
They Do Not answer phones or emails we had emailed twice. Frankly so far disgusted with customer service and attitude. Hoping our products will arrive shortly...... Not holding out much hope. In future we will go elsewhere which we would have done if the website had said the items were out of stock when we ordered.
Even an update would have been appreciated we should not have to chase a company who have taken £800 for a product they don't have in stock. Good customer service goes a very long way. Unfortunately you don't have this.
I would avoid this company at all costs. Sort yourselves out grangewood.

Delivery arrived today after complaining twice more... Downside
1 driver to deliver 17 fence panels, gravel boards and posts and concrete fence post. I think he was an agency driver and whilst perfectly polite could not unload the products himself so I (4ft 11 in 50 year old petite lady) had to help unload every single item and to think you pay for delivery. I only helped for fear they would be taken away and we would not see them again.
Company is a complete and utter joke.... Seriously Avoid AVOID AVOID
