This is a scam site - they are setting up subscriptions on our credit card! Call the bank and cancel your cards!

Everything other reviewers said is so true. Total scam. Still waiting on promised 25% refund months later . Now blocked from support website.

Not even one star still waiting on refund months later , awful Chinese jumper gone to charity shop , I hate being scammed out of my hard earned money

As other reviewers said I would give less than 1 Star if I could. Absolute scam artists!!!! Rubbish articles arrived one with a huge stain on it, was promised a refund of 25% of full order back in January still waiting, they keep answering my emails and promising me refund is done and with my bank for clearance. ABSOLUTE RUBBISH STAY WELL AWAY!!!!!!

I fell for the nice company name thinking it was Irish, also fell for the lovely looking top. When it finally arrived, no label attached and very poor quality, I knew what mistake I had made. Avoid avoid avoid

Scam. Not like the photos. Took weeks to come from China. V small. Fabric cheap. When I contacted I gave all details and they said send a photo which I don't see why I have to as they had the order number. Have.not got my 35 back.

They wouldn't give a full refund as the cost of returning is more expensive than the item, as you have to return it to China where it came from , basic construction with no labels (what ot is made of ,care labels etc) so disappointed like other customers thinking I was supporting a local Irish company. The jumper was ill fitting and poor quality. They offered 25% refund, little satisfaction as I wont wear the jumper and would have lost money on it that I would have used to buy myself something else from a reputable Irish company. Felt scammed really.

I would give less than one star if I could. Same as other reviewer's took ages to arrive total rubbish. One dress looks totally different to what I ordered. Based on the Reviews and no one being able to return (& fact website doesn't exist) I'm going to chalk it down to experience. Wish id had the sense to read the Reviews before ordering

Waiting weeks for it to be delivered. Unfortunately discovered it on Shein for €15 after it had been delivered. Cheap material. I thought I was supporting an Irish company. 100% scam.

Scam site. Quality is no better if not worse than Temu. Took ages to arrive because of course it’s coming from China! I complained and they are agreeing to a 25% discount but nothing yet and I’ll not hold my breath

Scammers 100%. Ordered a jumper and after waiting weeks you should see what arrived…a silky synthetic thing, lost for words. I have photos of what I thought I ordered and what arrived so it’s a pity there’s no option to attach them to this review. I emailed them numerous times and each time a girl supposedly called Michelle replied. I’m convinced all the replies were AI generated. Total waste of my time and money. Furious 😡

Do not buy from here the clothes come not from Ireland but from China!I would put no stars if possible.

Posing as a boutique in Dublin, clothing shipped from China. Arrived after weeks, terrible quality and the website is no down so no way to return.

Call your bank to get refund it was a skam...12th of November website was created closed down after Christmas after they skammed everyone...I refused pkg..still wouldn't give me money back .wanted me to send pkg back with my money...also call ccpc tel:+35314025555 to make a complaint...I got my money back from bank...I learned a lesson be extra careful....they have been doing for years under different names...they are totally illegal....

Scam company.A chinese co. Posing as an Irish co. Selling cheap Chinese imports. Takes a month to get. Then when you receive it and find out it's junk you have your pay shipping to return it. Don't pay you won't get refund anyway. Same stuff on Temu but a lot cheaper.

Scam website! Did receive everything I ordered, but quality is terrible. There is no Grainne.. or Aoife 🤦🏽‍♀️.

Ordered 2 items on the 14th Dec after seeing what I believed to be a beautiful cardigan and a turtle neck sweater ......... they arrived this morning, and boy was I mislead, the turtle neck would be lucky to fit a turtle as its definitely ridiculously small despite it apparently being 2XXL, and the cardigan is made of some un recognisable fabric, which is definitely not wool.

I have just been on line to try and Return said shocking items, to no avail, the website is down!! Annoyingly I used my normal debit card and not my Revolut or Credit card, where I would have some hope of recouping some of my money. I am going to contact PTSB in a hope to have a chargeback applied to my account. Please avoid at all costs!!! not Irish based as advertised, and my items are a disgrace and not worth anything near €90 I paid.

After waiting 6 weeks and many emails for my order I finally received it today. As soon as I seen the parcel I knew I was scammed. I, like all the other reviews, like to buy Irish when possible. I ordered a woolen jumper but what I got was a very small bad quality garment that doesn't even have a tag to say what type of material it is or what size it is. Every email I sent was replied to very quickly with an apology for the delay so I thought the delay was just from the Christmas rush. I'm so angry and there's just know way to get a refund. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. I will report it as a scam😡
