Absolutely terrible business. Thought I was ordering from Dublin it is in fact from China!!!!
Material is so bad I couldnt wear it. Requested a refund I was offered discount on my next order instead of a refund!! I persisted and eventually got the address to return. Had to send as my own expense of 23.50. I sent it in June and still haven't received my refund. They have stopped answering my emails aswell.

To anyone that has been scammed by this company, DO NOT GIVE UP !!
I contacted Paypal and my bank and gave them photos of the items sent to me.
VD will keep sending you back emails promising 10% off your next purchase and then 20% and then 30%.
After that, they will offer to save the environment by suggesting that you keep the items but accept a partial refund.
Do not stop here !!
I had to send them back the goods via registered post. It cost me €32.00 but I didn’t care. It was the principle.
I eventually received a FULL refund the other day. DO NOT GIVE UP AND LET THEM WIN !!

A complete scam. I thought I was buying from Dublin it turned out China. The quality of materials and sizes were awful. I bought 4 items costing €150 . Non of them suitable to wear. I tried to correspond with the company to no avail. I am sorry I did not read the reviews first no one had anything positive to say about the goods they received. In the end I decided to cut my losses and give the clothing to the clothes bank. Never again would I buy or recommend anyone purchasing anything from this shoddy company.

My first order was cheaply made(1dress), i was offered a discount which i accepted *but never got), the second order was great what i oredered, i was very hapoy apart from not getting my discount. My 3rd order( and you're saying why was she stupid enough to order again) it was like a bad order from SHEIN or TEMU, I was offered a discount if I kept the order and a discount off my next order, I said no I wanted a full refund, so after sending the order back ( being told they had to recieve it back before making any refund) and paying a further €35, (these clothes were not cheap, they ranged from €35- €45) waiting 4 mths the order(with
constant emails back and forth) has arrived back at my door, my last email was never answered, and I've sent another one today, but I would say I will hear nothing, so do not go anywhere near this company

I've ordered 4 items. This was 5 weeks before the 4th of May.
First red flag: their name "sales the idea" of Dublin based, which is not.
2nd red flag: Customer service answered to my emails every 3 -5 days
3rd : When I finally returned 3 out 4 of their items -following their guidelines- I have never heard a word back since - Today being the 30th of July-, neither to apologies for the delay or refund the money despite of my attempts with 2 separate emails one week apart from each other, so they wouldn't have a reason to say they lost the first one.

I ordered a dress and jacket last christmas 2024 but when It arrived it was beyond cheap and badly made and totally ill fitting. After much contact I received an address in China !!! to return said item at my own cost. It was returned on January 16th 2025 and despite at least 100 emails I have still not received a refund or credit. I have received replies but all in the same vein and all generic, so obviously they are on a reel and just
resent. This an absolute disgraceful company so please do not buy from this scam company who claim to be irish...what a major let down to genuine Irish
companies. I am still looking for a refund if anyone can help me catch these scammers. Thank you. Aileen

This company is a SCAM. Selling crap from China..The boots are pvc, sole was plastic, clothing was made of something you could spit through. Customer service send you all this rubbish in French being tour responsibility to send the things back even though they missold it and there is no such company closing down. I wish I could incude pictures. It's Fraud at its best!

I order nearly €400 of goods from this company who claim to be in Dublin in April 11 th . I did not receive the goods on a tracking number that said delivered May 27 th. The company have been the worst to deal with that I've ever come across. I'm so sorry I didn't look at the reviews here first. They are a complete scam! DO NOT ORDER! They refuse to refund my money to date ! Awful experience!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE COMPANY. Bought a dress of them for a wedding off their website recently and when it arrived it was a totally different dress which did not come from Dublin it came from China. After many emails trying to get someone and when I asked for a refund I was refused unless I sent the dress back to china which would have cost me the price of the dress. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM and have my money, I have the wrong dress and wont give my full money back to me. Their website states:-
If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you have the option to return them
within 30 days of receipt.
6. a return will be processed within 7 working days and if the conditions are met, the return
will be officially acknowledged within this period.

do not order from this company.i bought a golf top on January 7th which when eventually arrived did not fit so paid €30 to send back.to date i have not received a refund even though they have the item back.complete scam stay away

Vogue is simply the best. Great clothes great variety
and value for money. The staff are wonderful. Very friendly and helpful.
One of the best in Europe.

Do not buy from these. Shocking company. Based in china not Dublin Ireland .

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered shoes. They took a month to arrive. When i contacted the company, they send 'home-made' tracking information (obviously typed up by someone internally). They are based in China, not Dublin. The quality was awful, and they basically told me not to bother returning them, as the cost would outweigh any refund. Terrible experience!!

Absolute scam! You cannot return items as they ask you to return them to China at your expense.
The quality of the products is awful. I’m so sad I didn’t read these reviews before I made a purchase.

Wish I'd read reviews first! My order never arrived they said they would issue a refund about a month ago. Keep emailing them but stupid replies in response.
They are listed on the Irish scams Facebook page now.

I really didn't want to give it even 1 star, but there is no button for that! you think you are buying from a Dublin based shop, when in fact they are in China. Ordered a pair of trainers on 13th April, they arrived 7th May. They are as light as a feather, no substance to them, very uncomfortable on & there is a funny smell from them. Avoid!

AVOID!!! PURE SCAM! Really wish I'd read the reviews first, big mistake!
Advertised as a closing down Dublin boutique. Clothes are nothing like the images, poor quality and do not reflect the images in any way! Just avoid!

Company do not list a address on their page so they don't want to be found
So only way to hurt them is report their sire directly to Chinese embassy and get them to forward complaints to Chinese government
No good 1 person doing it, flood the embassy with letters of complaint and go in heavy , be graphic and strong in your wording
You won't get your money back but try n shut them down

If I could give this a minus star I would. This is a scam. The clothing is not wearable. All goods have been badly made in China and shipped to Dublin - not from Vogue Dublin. AVOID AVOID AVOID
