I ordered a sample and received the wrong colour - I'd clearly ordered the correct colour as it was in my confirmation. Also using Evri as a courier does not inspire confidence.

A good experience
Website is easy to use. A sample of wallpaper can be ordered which is very useful for checking the colour especially if it is expensive wallpaper.

Easy and pleasant ordering process
Have ordered with G&B before,always an easy, pleasant process. So much choice of very high quality! But I have ordered same wallpaper for my hallway as I'd previously ordered for bedroom. I just loved it so much (Wildflower Sand).
Not easy to find where to apply the £10 off code, but I managed eventually.
