Customer service at the Padiham shop is always excellent, the staff are ready to help and advise when asked. The wallpaper and paint are of high quality. I ordered curtains over the Easter weekend and Colette was so helpful and patient. I will certainly return in the future.

A great site to plan the redecoration of any room. You can upload a photo of your room, and then see what the paint/ wallpaper/mural will look like in that room, with your furniture etc. in it. Tester pots available, and quick delivery.

Finally had the decorator hang it and it looks awful- so many blemishes on the pigment, paid extra for fibrous finish.
Silver smudges on the edges- the paper is black with flowers
Such a shame for nearly £300
Don’t think I’ll be able to hide the blemishes
Customer service not great, asked to take repeated photos, have done and same email returns for photos needed.

We ordered wallpaper. ETA was typical, as expected 10 business days if I recall correct. Three days later, looking at my Visa balance, the order has been refunded. Check online and the order is noted as refunded. No email, no notice. We were counting on delivery and the clock is now reset. If it's not available, don't let us put it in the basket and complete the order. Second, let us know. We could have missed this.

What a shambles.
Ordered a sample of wallpaper on Wednesday on what was next day delivery. Turned up on Monday with the wrong wallpaper and wrong name and address (Doreen. S) Called up and spoke to Dave who promised I would receive it the next day and he would confirm with an email. Now Wednesday and no sample and no email. Called again and told not sent out, so I asked for a refund. Incredibly poor service from Graham and Brown. If they cant send a sample out I am not going to buy their £110 a roll wallpaper and so have gone elsewhere. Very disappointed as I am keep to get my lounge papered. Order Number: 2170699

"Next day delivery" paint hasn't arrived almost a week later!
Ordered paint for next day delivery and almost a week later, no paint. This was ordered to tie in with time taken off to paint our kitchen so the fact it hasn't arrived is frustrating. Customer service said it had been misrouted by DPD, so another was dispatched for delivery today - delayed again by 24 hours. Totally unacceptable delivery service and considering just cancelling altogether and ordering from another brand.
