Not enough short for measurement queries
Beautiful designs but difficulty being certain about the measurements I needed to give (including cassette). Website says to phone for help and then you are told they can't give help with measuring. I did get an email reply but it was not helpful. When sending a lot of money on blinds, it would be nice for better clarity on measuring and what is deducted from the measurements. I would have preferred a lot more customer support.

The website was well set up and easy to browse through. I appreciated the option available to look at the sample hangings as well as either apply to a sample or upload a picture to apply wallpapers to.

The delivery was awesome, but the return process NOT. I was on hold forever and never spoke to anyone. I left 2 voicemails, sent one email, and stayed on the line 3 times just for the call to cancel on its on (sp don’t think that means wait because it doesn’t).

She was incredibly responsive, detail-oriented, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find someone who takes that much pride in their work and supports you every step of the way.
Hands down the best customer service I’ve experienced. I will absolutely be working with her again and highly recommend her to anyone needing wallcoverings or murals.

First time ordering and usually choose local but fell in love with your selection of beautiful wallpapers. It was clear to me that Graham and brown are such a reputable and quality company. I felt fairly confident in placing my first order. I expected it would take 3 to 4 weeks because I am international. Lo and behold. It arrived to my home in just under a week. Quality feel fabric of the wallpaper design. Everything was stunning. I'm very pleased with the overall service and quality of the wallpaper that arrived today. Thank you.

Great service! I ordered 5 free samples via the G&B website. They arrived by courier really quickly and I am very happy with the choice and quality of the products. I have booked a free Consultation in one of the stores which was easy to do online, so overall a very positive experience.
