Great staff, who looked after me in an extraordinary way. They are masters in their profession. Very nice interior, not like the most barbers here locally. I bought accessories from them too. It makes every shave at home a pleasure in the morning. They have qualified barbers who do wet towel shave. Most barbers are not capable to do this. Here in Grafton barbers they take their time for a perfect cut. They listen to your wishes and check during the cut, that you are comfortable with what they do, I will return. I found my barbers for good.

Grafton Barber sent me out the wrong product. I emailed them and a new product was posted out.

Very negative experience in Ballincollig. Not only are they ridiculously overpriced, but they don’t even charge me the correct amount half the time. One week it’s €36 for hair and beard, the next week it’s €34 and last the week for me was the last time I’ll be getting a haircut there. Not only was i charged €38 but the quality of cut I received was beyond pathetic. Rushed through the whole haircut and didn’t even trim my beard properly. I went home and proceeded to finish the job I expected to get for that outrageous price! and ended up cutting my whole neck from shaving. Do not recommend!!!

I have been coming to this barbershop for over 5 years and received an excellent hair cut every time from Vic. The staff are brilliant and very welcoming. I won't get a haircut anywhere else now except here. It is also good to support your local small businesses. Thank you for making a wonderful hair cut experience well worth the price.

well, well, well. beeing a loyal customer for over a year now, i have noticed significant decrease in barbers' skills. THET MESSED ME UP EVERY TIME I HAVE GONE THERE THE PAST 5 TIMES. They are horrible. Now that is not an understatement, they can not cut the haircut i want, neither can they fix it after messing up. A disgrace!

I’ve had my hair cut about 5 times there, and I have to be honest and say they have mostly all been a big miss. I had a few decent haircuts where my fade is done well and is how I asked and the cut on top is right. This cut was done by the Brazilian barber inside. He’s a great one. There is one other good barber there he’s an Irish guy who gives very good haircuts too I had a good experience with him he did what I wanted well. Unfortunately, there are two other. barbers who are simply shocking. 1, the man with the beard who looks like fabrizio Romano is a clown. He didn’t listen to anything I said and gave me a high skin fade and took two inches off my fringe when I asked for a low fade and a half inch off my fringe. I felt gutted after leaving the shop spending over 20 quid on a shite haircut. 2, a new barber in there, the female barber (sorry it’s the only thing I can think of to describe her) is terrible. She partially listened to what I wanted but decided she would just do whatever the feck she wanted with my hair and gave me one of the worst low faces I’ve ever seen from this barber. The fade was non existent. You could see the lines as it wasn’t faded properly. This brings me to the real problem where she randomly started point cutting and texture cutting on the top which has fecked up my style completely. I’ve been left trying to style my fringe but no matter what I do there’s always parts that look like hair is missing. This is because of the stupidity of cutting my hair in a way I never asked and never wanted or has before. Absolutely horrendous never going back. Go to M Barber instead they are so much better.

I cannot say enough good things about Leopardstown Grafton Barber . As a parent of three boys, haircuts are always an event but especially for my youngest, who is autistic and has always struggled with going to the barber. We’ve tried everything over the years from kids’ salons to sensory-friendly places but nothing ever worked. It got to the point where I was cutting his hair at home because the experience was just too overwhelming for him.But then, we found Leopardstown Barber Shop and everything changed.

The staff were absolutely incredible: kind, patient, and so understanding. To my complete surprise, my youngest sat through his haircut without any fuss at all. The lovely girl who cut his hair was a miracle worker , gentle, calm, and so intuitive with how to approach him.

All three of my boys walked out with fantastic haircuts, but more importantly, they were happy.

Ballincollig. They don't listen just start chopping

This is in dunnes stores tallaght square grafton barbers. I went in to get a haircut today. Showed the man the picture of the haircut I wanted to get, and he saw EXACTLY what I wanted. I always get my haircuts here so I thought it would be no problem. He made me look RIDICULOUS. Combed my hair middle part and wet and just left it like that. I didn't complain or say anything because I have social anxiety so any conversation I have I try to not speak a lot so it ends fast. Normal grafton barber charge me 15-25 euros for my haircut. As I am a student, and today I only got a TRIM but he did absolutely nothing but just conbed my hair and cut very little pieces of hair. He took 28euros from me, didn't even ask if I'm a student or let me know beforehand. I handed him a 50euros not and got back only 20. I am disgusted by the customer service from this man. When I showed him the pictures I wanted he laughed and just said "both are different". The man i didn't get his name but he had curly short hair with a taperfade. Possibly Arab. And a beard at the cashier and cut my hair. I am disappointed.

Butchered my sons hair in the ballincollig branch. Nothing blended In. Looks shocking. I refused to pay it was so bad.
Avoid.

It's a fantastic hair product, I've been using it for years and the service from TGB is always excellent. Highly recommend.

Went into the shop in Ballincollig shopping centre and asked for fade and a little of the top. Worst haircut I've ever had, not only did he shave basically all my hair off. He cut the top right in so now is oddly shaped and cannot style it. He was also extremely rough and almost had to ask him to stop twice. Very rude and wont be returning. Would only recommend if your looking for a one all over.
