The lads are always so friendly and professional. Ross is an absolute gentleman, he always makes sure my 6yo, who HATES haircuts, feels safe and at ease! An absolute credit to The Grafton Barber!

As always the presentation of the product is top class I love getting the delivery with a few bonus pieces added which is a nice touch and the products are great also

I would give 0 stars if possible as my messages were also ignored by the store and also the offical WhatApp on the Grafton barbers website.

There is another review from 4 weeks ago. It stated that's inside the tallaght shop, the second char from the left is who gave him a bad haircut. This was the exact same seal and barber named Raz who did my hair this morning.

I didn't actually see how bad my hair was until I got home and washed it in the light. Have a look at my pictures attached and you'll soo how bad a job Raz did. PLEASE AVOID.

I belive in giving everyone a chance to rectify the issue, but as I said, they won't reply to my messages.

I went for a clipper cut in the store located in The Square, Tallaght. An apprentice cut my hair which is fine. We all need to start somewhere. The problem was his work was not checked and the cut and finish I got was nowhere near the standard I expected from this brand. Overall a disappointing experience.

I brought my grandson to have his hair in the Grafton barber in the airport this week. We were delighted with the haircut and service. Will definitely return. Barbara

I had my first ever hot towel

Just had a great haircut at The Grafton Barber located at Cherrywood . The salon is beautiful, clean and bright with lovely views of the Dublin mountains. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier and Salah, who cut my hair, was so skilled and friendly. He has a great rapport with his customers and his staff . I’ll definitely be back . Thanks!

Grafton Barber at Grand Canal - Mo cut my hair, sound guy and most importantly, took the time to give a really good cut, and to quality - would recommend!

Customer service was incredible. I got a phone call about my order to say I double ordered something. They wanted to make sure I got the right items.

Then when it arrived the packaging was fab. Presentation and Customer interaction top tier 👌🏽

I already sent in a review. I am happy with the shaving brush I purchased from you. The brush does a satisfactory job. The service was very good and arrived quiet quickly.

Today we visited the daydreamers sensory room in the grafton barber walkinstown. My little boy who is autistic had a hair cut by the amazing Amanda and when i tell you i shed tears of happiness on the way home. We have not brought our son for a haircut for over 18 months due to the stress it causes him but when I was told about the daydreamers I decided to give it a try. I never leave reviews but today I have to! Amanda honestly is an earth angel there was nothing she wouldn’t do to make my little boy happy and make the experience easy for us all I don’t even have words for how happy we are. To some people it’s just a hair cut but to us it was like winning the lotto. Amanda thank you so much you are honestly amazing at what you do and we will be returning regularly and highly recommending to everyone!!

Also, I went in with intentions of just tidying my sons hair up with a scissors as it was quite long and I’ve been trying to cut myself for months and Amanda managed to get a tight cut & was able to fade with razor at the sides which I expressed i would love but didn’t think anyone on this earth would be able to achieve! But she did not a bother to her. I actually can’t believe she achieved a full hair cut and little fade he looks the business and is loving looking at himself in the mirror!!

Shop is spotless and welcoming and the sensory room is just amazing my son loved it they really have thought of everything!! The inclusion alone for neurodivergent people is unbelievable and more companies should be following the grafton barbers lead in being inclusive! Love it.

My other half will also be switching barbers going forward for his cuts simply because he is so impressed. Well done Amanda and grafton barbers!!

The barbers are fantastic at what they do, and the haircut is always exactly how we want it—neat, stylish, and done with care. They really take the time to make sure the kids feel comfortable, and our son actually looks forward to his visits.

The shop itself is always spotless—clean, tidy, and really well looked after. It’s a lovely space to wait in, and they even offer tea or coffee every time, which is such a thoughtful touch for parents.

A special thank you to today’s barber, she was absolutely brilliant! She has cut my son’s hair regularly and she is always gentle and kind.My son always leaves smiling and looking super smart, with his usual lollipop in hand.
