Fake Reviews – By relying on a third‑party review company, Grab allows fabricated reviews to appear on its app.
Misrepresentation of Businesses – Grab enables business clients to upload deceptive food photos that do not reflect the actual quality or hygiene of their operations.
False Identities – Grab allows businesses to conceal or alter their real restaurant names, and even operate multiple “brands” out of the same kitchen. In Bali, many so‑called “restaurants” are in reality single individuals cooking from rundown, unsanitary locations while presenting themselves as legitimate establishments.
Grab knowingly tolerates these practices, deceiving customers for profit. The company earns more per transaction than its drivers, while promoting fake discounts to inflate internal metrics and perpetuate manipulation.
This is exploitation. Regulators and politicians must act, stop allowing large corporations to mislead and take advantage of citizens.

In Cebu, Philippines, I experienced two separate incidents of being denied a ride by Grab, which I suspect was motivated by my transgender status. Consequently, I have submitted a complaint to Grab. At the time, I was traveling to St. Nino Church in Cebu, Philippines to buy a baby Jesus. However, the driver stopped in the middle of the road and left his car in an unsafe position. Furthermore, the second driver took a route through narrow streets and returned me to my residence, declining to take me to St. Nino Church.But drove through slums and back streets.

Die App ist eine Art Ersatz für Uber in asiatischen Ländern z.B Thailand. Es gibt aber wesentliche Unterschiede. Die Abholhorte sind limitiert, vor Hotels wird man zB nicht abgeholt. Ankunftsorte sind ebenso ungenau, man muss bei Ankunft häufig dann auf eigene Faust navigieren. Die Karte ist sehr ungenau und schlecht zu bedienen. Gut ist, dass man verschiedene Fortbewegungsmittel und auch andere Dinge über die App buchen kann. Preislich sind Grab-Fahrten mit PkW teurer als Taxis, wenn die denn einmal das Taxi Meter einschalten.

Awful company -- needs to be shut down. -- Don't ever book a taxi thru Grab -- their system allows Taxi drivers to put ad-ons as much as they want and you get billed for it. When you make a complaint, Grab sides with the driver --> Grab = Zero integrity

This app let me set up and wallet and put money in it. But it won't let me set up a PIN to access the wallet. There is a bug in the setup process on some Samsung phones. So now I cant use the app and my money is stuck. Customer service and help is pathetic. Avoid!!! If I could give this app no stars, I would.
Fraudulent charge on charge card
I received an extremely small charge on my credit card from grab.com, and it was returned to my account the same day. I have never used or even heard of grab.com. I live in the US and have never been overseas. The fraud department said it is not unusual for scammers to charge a very small amount on someone’s card, return the amount into the account to test if the card holder notices such a small amount and activity. Pay close attention to your bank statements and report fraudulent activity, no matter how small or seemingly insignificant.
The worst
My experience with Grab has been absolutely negative. The drivers are unprofessional, don’t know the roads, and often refuse rides. In many cases, they ask you to cancel the booking so they can charge more in cash. They rarely pick you up at the designated location, and if you cancel a pre-booked ride, Grab charges the full fare instead of just a small cancellation fee. Overall, a completely disappointing and unreliable service.

This is a SCAM site we every time we ordered taxi they would park far away from you…never come to your Location, which means your going around looking for the taxi then they add additional charges blaming you for being late don’t get scammed. The customer service is dead ears. Thanks
GRAB THAILAND OVERCHARGING
If i could give them a solid 0 I WOULD. Dont recommend using cash since drivers can’t even earn back 700 but . Rude mannerless drivers &over charged me 50 bhat extra . Contacted customer service and they were unapologetic and unhelpful and gaslit me although i provided a solid proof of how i was overcharged . Bad drivers bad customer service bad

The wait was ridiculous over 1/2 hours. We even cancelled one as it was taking so long. The seconds no different driver rude. Blamed google but is a local and where we were is very common.
We were in a premium not just a normal. Service non existent I think in Singapore from now I am going to revert to the RELIABLE taxis!!

Extremely Disappointed with Grab’s Customer Service
I had a terrible experience trying to raise a dispute for an installment payment I made through Grab, after the merchant company shut down. When I contacted Grab customer service, I was repeatedly told that Grab is “just a payment gateway” and therefore cannot cancel or terminate future payments. That explanation makes no sense, if Grab is the platform facilitating the payments, how can it claim to have no control over what goes in and out?
I even tried to escalate the issue through my bank, since I used my bank card to make the payment via Grab. But when the bank requested supporting documents to process the dispute, Grab refused to cooperate. As a result, my dispute was rejected, and to make matters worse, Grab blocked all my payment methods on their platform.
If this is how Grab handles serious issues, by deflecting responsibility and refusing to assist customers, then I’m done. I won’t be supporting Grab anymore in the future.
Food delivery rider failed to return my money, customer service was even worse.
Food delivery rider carried no change, and then failed to return change after assuring me he will change note, grab reimbursement was less than amount rider had taken, can only use one voucher per transaction, what a pile or garbage. Terrible app, awful customer service, considering they take 30percent of the TOTAL COST for themselves you’d think they would at least make the effort with their customers. Disappointed absolutely.
Grab bought over Chope & My Chope Dollars are lost
Grab bought over Chope. In their marketing emails, they claimed that any unused Chope Dollars will be transferred to the new Grab Dine Out. It has been almost a month since Chope ceased operations. But I still don't see my Chope Dollars being transferred to my Grab account. I sent several emails, one each week to follow up, any NOBODY BOTHERS TO REPLY!!! Grab sucks! You think you want to monopolize the market? With that kind of customer service??? Dream on!!!
Grab‘s ETA’s are never accurate
Because of mobility issues, I’m a frequent user of grabs food delivery. They do a terrible job predicting the ETA. Most annoyingly, the ETA keeps changing as you prepare yourself to receive the delivery. For example, tonight I ordered food from a restaurant that is only 90 seconds away from my home. I got the notification that the food was on its way (out for delivery ) and would arrive by 7:15 PM. Just before 7:15 PM, I was notified that the food would arrive at 7:25 PM. At 7:24 PM I went to the drop off point And waited. And waited. And waited. Finally, well after the specified ETA, I got a notice that I’d have to wait 15 minutes more. Going back to the food drop off point, I received another notification that it would be five minutes more. Except for the fact that I am in a wheelchair, I could have walked to this restaurant in five minutes, yet it is taking approximately 45 minutes for it to arrive here by motorcycle. Unacceptable.
This is a too frequent occurrence. Once the delivery is on the motorcycle, Grab should have a pretty good idea of how long it’s going to take, particularly when the Restaurant is 1 km away . What is the point of Pro providing an ETA when it is so rarely accurate?

This is related to Grab Cambodia. In all my 40 years, I have never had to deal with more incompetent people. There is absolute ZERO customer service to comment on. If you're in trouble / have an issue - good luck to ya. You're on your own. Apart from that, their drivers have no business being on/behind the wheels of any vehicle. They shouldn't even be allowed to play with toy cars. This company is the great curse of Cambodia, worse than the Chinese, and that should tell you everything you need to know.

This company is a disgrace. Drivers cancel continually without any action from Grab, they take a cash Demolis’s from your card even when drivers do not turn up, the can tripe the price of fares randomly whenever they want, and there is ZERO customer service. You spend so much time looking for help in the app and finally get to an automated useless app that solves nothing. There is no phone number and and email address. It is impossible to complain about a driver or the company without giving up hours of your day. It is an utter disgrace and shame on singapore. Comfort and Uber were great until uber was kicked out of singapore and comfort reduced in size. We are forced to use this awful substandard company.
