Grab is straight scam. I am in the JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur which I told the driver. He was just not coming ans I still had to pay LOL. I should actually file a law suit just to harm them.

Honestly the fact that you have to use grab in Malaysia is reason enough to leave that shit hole country.

The pricing and functionality of the site is good albeit the app is too cluttered with miscellaneous crap, the reason I'm giving such a low score is for my inability to fund the account, having tried with four different debit cards all supporting visa or MasterCard with no success,I mean I'm trying to give them money,god knows what they would be like if I was trying to withdraw.cant wait for bolt to rival them and then they wouldn't have the cocksure attitude of NOT ADDRESSING PEOPLE'S ISSUES. !!!

Grab ist insbesondere in Thailand meiner Meinung nach die beste Taxi App.

I like them very much. They use meterers in the er cars with help you as a consumer not being charged so easily in an arier yo don't know. An with parsel or food delivery they they offer "pay on delivery"

Ble svindlet på kreditt kortet mitt etter å ha lagt inn kredittkortet på appen.

Grab.tc is closed site without any previously informations about it and members lose money what the collect it, me too....

I booked advance taxi via grab applications to airport . The flying date we are waiting the driver never pickup . Then I find another source book taxi go airpot the reason Missed flight . Then I complaint grab customer care & help centre . It’s very worst response . No clear information about the issue . My suggestion Singapore never use grab app for taxi especially for airpot trip .

I have used grab travel with no problems but my last two grab food delivered have been delivered over 40 minutes late from stated delivery time rendering my food stone cold and inedible ! I even sent a message to the restaurant with the correct delivery address and also sent a message to the delivery rider with the correct delivery address and still was an utter waste of my money. To contact them with this complaint is hard to accomplish so I say let the buyer beware !

Unfortunately grab.tc is turned to scam like many other in the web.
Μy withdrawal request is still pending (2000 satoshi) since December 08, 2024.
They have not answered my corresponding question through their condact form even if I warned them that I'm going to report them to trustpilot.
Don't spend your valuable time with them anymore.
