GoTrusted Omdömen 

I liked Go Trusted and found it easy to use, but this year I haven't been able to connect at all in China, so after several tries I had to give up the service.

I am disappointed to share that I sent an email to Support on 1-6-2019 and have yet to receive a response in spite of my asking a second time.

I was generally satisfied with performance of the product. As for customer support, it was very poor, occasionally none existent.

bad connection, poor service, never worked!

I'm surprised that when my subscription ended you sent me a notification about it. I replied with a query asking you two short questions about my service. You never replied to me even though you said a reply would be forthcoming within 24 to 48 hours. What's happened with your service? Are you still in business.

I just received notification that my account was suspended because of some change to my credit card. Nothing has actually changed.

Before I renew my account I need to ask you a question. We live in Thailand. Our internet service provider (100 upload/40 Mbytes download, via fiber optic cable to our home) just upgraded our service to include a VPN. I also use Opera as my browser which is set up for VPN use. This should mean I have two VPN's functioning at the same time. I assume that I no longer need GoTrusted as my VPN because that would mean I'd have three VPN's working simultaneously. Is that correct? If it is then I probably will not want to renew my service with GoTrusted.

Please advise.

In China not always the best connection, but a very good service with good solutions, that make it all complete.

go trusted is wonderful.

Sínce I was unable to access and use GoTrusted Services in China any longer I sent a formal termination letter 1 year ago.
The result was no reply at all and continued billing on my credit card, which forcedly are ending now with termination of my credit card.

I have enough from your "service"

Didn't work well. Charges continued after cancellation, but GoTrusted did resolve this issue and quickly issued a refund.

They used to be good but now I dont think they are active. I am an account holder but they havn't replied to any of my emails in over 3 weeks! They confirm the email on an automated service and promise to reply within 24 hours......over 3 weeks later, no replies to a lot of emails!

Generally it worked good in China - but from time to time on got kicked out and had to restart, which took some time and therefore was quite annoying.

unable to connect for months. Do not answer the phone nor return phone calls. Does not work in China

Go Trusted was a valuable tool I carried around the world when working. It enabled me to securely access my web-based services without fear of hacking or identity theft.

When you call, a recording says that no one is available to take your call. Emails say that they will try to get back to you in 24. Hell, I now get better Support from my Cable Company. Reread that and let it sink in!!!

GoTrusted was great service until the Chinese Government began to block VPNs in China which then frequently interrupted connections. Despite different server locations connection could no longer be reached.

Your.service was.good just before I could use VPN in China.
