GoTrusted team was always helpful and supportive when facing difficulties.
We have retired and are back in our home country and do not need VPN anymore.

I never had issues, but lately, your program stops working on some windows computers I have. I tried to fix it, but it did not work. Unfortunately, I had to purchase the service from another company, that worked with all my computers.

I never had any problems with go trusted for close to 10 years.

I have used your service in the past and was very satisfied, however I cannot or could not get it to load on one of my devices. Your product is good it just doesn't fit my needs at this time.

Good VPN. I changed to another VPN because of a group I belong to that prefers another.

Very reliable - always work in China.

But the interface/design does need a lot of improvement - the app looks like coming from before 2010 .....

Worked great for years, then would no longer allow me to watch various streaming videos from the main service providers while overseas. I now have a VPN that works all the time, 100%.

I've been using Gotrusted VPN for 5 years, in general it's been reliable and trustworthy. Mostly I use the service in China, even though from time to time, I experienced the stability issue and sometimes it might cause my laptop to crash and reboot, but I had a peace of mind knowing that I could count on Gotrusted when needed.

Recently my credit card expired and I'm not able to go on to Gotrusted website to renew the payment info cause the website is blocked in China. Now I'm very disappointed since my service is discontinued and I have no way to fix it.

Wondering if there is anyway that allows me to amend my payment info and continue the service at the same rate.

I used Gotrusted for six years while living in Ecuador. It was always available and worked consistently. There was no obvious slow down.

Can’t get it to work on my I phone got little help from GoTrusted

I was sceptical at first joining but after several years of great service I am a fan of Go Trusted . Now that I have left China as an expat after 9 years I do not need VPN. Highly recommend GoTrusted for those who want to have VPN. Great service and efficient!!

it works ! we watch uk tv all around the world and vice versa .

Great VPN till mid 2018, then very unstable and since 2019 not available. CUSTOMER SERVICE DID NOT ANSWER ANY OF MY EMAILS. I CANCELED IT.

I’ve been a GoTrusted users for years but from 2017 until 2019 It’s getting very hard to connect here in China , and most of the servers are not working .. I hope they can fix this problem soon because I really like to come back and use their service

I used GT years ago without any problem so I was surprised by the problems

Back in Nov 18 my gotrusted VPN stopped working (it would connect, but download speed dropped to 0). I contacted gotrusted who replied with three alternative addresses to connect to, but none of these worked. I emailed them back to say they did not work and never received a reply. I then stared to email gotrusted on a weekly or so basis asking why they were ignoring me, and what are they going to do about the fact that I have paid £70 for a service that is not working. I even emailed them to say that if they cannot provide a solution, then refund me for the 7 or 8 months left that I have and cancel my subscription. Gotrusted finally replied with a message saying "As requested we have cancelled your account." However, I have received absolutely no refund or recompense whatsoever.
My advice to anyone is do not use gotrusted. Their product (when working) restricts your internet speed a by quiet a bit, but when you have a problem and they cannot fix it, you will be ignored. Their customer service is abysmal, the worst I have ever experienced. AVOID GOTRUSTED AT ALL COSTS
