There is no words to describe how wonderful experience this year's vacation was. Thank you Goolets for all the organisation, kindness and willingness to help us to have the best time on boat. Because of you Goolets cruising became my first option type of vacation.

So... what can I say.... we finished our Eleganza trip to day... and it was absolutely amazing... unbelievable and unforgettable...best trip we ever had... really.. great crew... gulet was a bit old , you can feel some smell.. you know... but it was at the first couple days... after that it was our lovely sweet home.. we relaxed enough,we had a lot of rest.. it was really really fantastic..now we are fool of energy..ready to work hard and to have another trip maybe in October.We wanna try Greece, we’ll see... so thank you so much for this holidays... and I hope we will cooperate again and again.. we . gulet is the best!!!!
And special big thanks to Aljosa Rijavec, broker from goolet.net who organized this trip in the very last moment and it was totally perfect!

I loved our trip arranged by Goolets! It was such a relaxing vacation and the Nautilus crew went over the top to take care of us and make sure we had a good time. We all felt very spoilt and didn't want to leave.

The agency organises everything very well, they take care of all the alergies. They made sure that every our wish came true. We absolutely recomend goolets and we will definetily travel with theme again.

Booking with Goolets was frustrating and highly unsatisfactory.
There just never seems to be a straight answer and having come off the boat the vague answers resulted in a highly unexpected bill.
I am a yacht broker and an experienced charterer so understand the pitfalls of not having the contract properly tied down.
1. Cabins
The cabins on our Gulet were advertised as 4 cabins for 8 people. When we got aboard it was clear that the 3rd cabin was for children and looking in the small print there are mattress sizes there but who looks at that? One of our guests ended up sleeping on mattresses in the saloon.
2. Drinks.
We were told that our cruise HAD to have an element of food, either half board or full board.
Trying to get a strait answer as to what was included was like pulling teeth. The first broker told us meals included local wines with the meal but when the second broker, Miha, took over the story changed. Yes wine was included in the price of €350 pp per week but only if you paid!
I pointed out if you have to pay it’s not included and sent a copy of the email but it fell on deaf ears.
Finally we compromised and had 2 bottles of local wine (very inexpensive) included but the drinks were to be charged at supermarket prices
3. Drinks (2)
I wrote to Miha possibly 5 times to confirm drinks were at supermarket prices, my final email said “PLEASE CONFIRM” in capitals at it was confirmed.
My order was very VERY clear 48 bottles of mixed red, white, rose and Prosecco. I asked Miha what the prices were for this type of local wine and was told €12 to €15 a bottle, having surveyed the supermarket on my trip this was nonsense. €5 to €9 was plenty.
When the bill came I expected a bill for about €700 and was stunned to receive a bill for €2,400.
I called Miha who said I should ask for the supermarket receipt that I was promised.
It was never forthcoming.
What was forthcoming was a copy of a email that Miha had sent to the boat (I have the screen grab) telling the boat to charge us restaurant prices.
Clearly this resulted in a row with the crew and a problem over the €2,000 tip we wanted to pay.
Credit cards.
We booked with Goolets as they accepted American Express Platinum card, a card that cost me £575 a year and gives me not only air miles but also huge travel insurance. The deposits were taken on the card in late 2019 but when we came to pay the balance of €10,000 we were told that their policy had changed and they no longer accepted this card.
I said surely you should take it for existing transactions but they refused - to me this is unacceptable.
My friends and I are taking 2 catamarans around the Aoelian Islands in September and a larger Gulet in Greece next year and although I had promised the business to Goolets I have changed my mind.
They are just to hard to deal with (especially after they have your deposits) and in some cases just plain rude like when Simon told me he I was trying to take advantage of a situation and he didn’t have time for me.
In my opinion Goolets are only working for Goolets - the administrator or the boat we were on Pacha, is also writing to Goolets to complain about their vague, unhelpful and in some cases VERY misleading service.
I have given the service 3 stars to reflect the web site, the check in service, the forms and various other bits and pieces but this is generous.

Without a doubt , we HIGHLY recommend Princess Lona as your next charter. After being in several charters , Princess Lona surpassed all our expectations. Not only is the boats luxury and comfort, but the crew is absolutely magnificent. the crew accommodates the guests with anything that crosses their minds, and always with a smile.
The star of Princess Lona is Captain Tihomir, who oversees every detail, always thinking of his guests comfort and experience.
We are definitely going on Princess Lona again!!!!!

I recently rented Casablanca in Croatia for a week and after a nervous start with a lack of communication from Goolets they appointed me a new staff member to look after our party in Miha. Once he was working with me everything went smoothly and he made the week as good as it could be. The boat was exceptional, food was great and the staff excellent. The captains of the boats in Croatia do tend to make more decisions on routes than I would have preferred but you have to trust them in the end. I cant speak highly enough about Miha and I would make sure he looks after you should you choose for a Goolets holiday which I would recommend.

Most wonderful vacation ever!!!
The Allure E was spacious, clean and comfortable. The crew (Captain Stoyan, Jasminka, Drago, and Lucky) was outstanding, eager to help in any way possible. The food was great and most plentiful. We were all sad to leave. Hope to return someday. Highly recommend it.

We loved the following:

1) Captain and crew member were great! They took us to all the places we knew we’d enjoy (and did) and then brought us to others we had no prior knowledge of, but added a great new experience for all four of us!

2) Food was exceptional! Always surprised us with both quantity and quality!! Great meals!

3) We loved the lounging deck! Other boats have very small areas where people can sit and enjoy the views of the sea and islands but the Nevijana has a wonderful lounge chair deck AND a great upper deck for wine, cocktails or just hanging out!

Only small dislikes / areas to improve:

a) One of the bathrooms was quite small but the second one (which we didn’t know about until we boarded) was fine.

b) One suggestion would be to change towels mid week with fresh ones.

Our entire cruise experience was expertly planned, coordinated and delivered. The attention to detail and follow up were all perfectly executed.

Unbelievable trip. We loved our experience with Goolets LTD. They helped plan the trip, then supported us throughout our time on a Goolets boat. Highly, highly recommend using Goolets a trip cruising the Croatian coast!

I worked with Ante Travizi to set up our charter in Croatia and the process was very smooth, his communications are quick and comprehensive, and he helped us find the perfect gulet. He was very patient with us - it took us a while to pin down our dates, ship, and route and Ante never wavered or pressured us. I highly recommend Goolets - they are a top notch charter operation. I’ve worked with others and these guys are simply a cut above the rest.

Goolets provided a first class service from start to finish.
We chartered MALENA which had 5 cabins all with en suites (4 doubles & 1 twin) rooms were not particularly large but were comfortable. The crew were very professional and observed our privacy when needed. The food and service was of a high standard and all the destinations visited were chosen well.
We would definitely recommend Goolets and holiday in Croatia again.

We had an excellent time abroad Nautilus. Our experience with Goolets was seamless start to finish, from Ante who helped us pick the boat, to our Captain who was knowledgable and took us on a beautiful route, the friendly crew and the chef who served delicious food at every meal.
We did not want our week onboard to come to an end and we are very much looking forward to our next adventure.

Simon made the whole process of booking the gullet very quick and easy. He came back to us quickly with answers to the questions that we had and the contract signing process all went very smoothly. I would highly recommend using him for any gullet booking requirements that you have.

Our one week vacations on Rara Avis gullet was fantastic.
The boat is brand new.
The crew if more than nice.
The chef is excellent.
We had a wonderful time. All the places we visited were great. They made reservations for us is very nice restaurants.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine avec un couple d’amis et et nos 5 enfants de 7 à 14 ans .
Bateau très bien entretenu, grand et très beau; équipage jeune souriant et dynamique, mention spéciale à notre cuisinière qui nous a concocté de très bons petits plats et à régalé les enfants de crêpes tous les matins.
Le capitaine est très vigilant sur la sécurité et les matelots sont efficaces et très serviables ( courses au village, pêche le soir avec les enfants, conseils et réservation de restaurants..)
Tout était parfait , nous avons pu découvrir la Croatie dans des conditions idylliques.

Rara Avis, a very comfortable yacht with a great distribution. Cabins are excellent.
Ante, the manager, gave us very good attention in all aspects..
The chef was amazing, very good food with great presentation and exquisite flavor.
