DO NOT ORDER- SCAM!!!
I ordered two rugs totalling just over $500 and the quality of the rugs was terrible. When I sent for a refund I was told they would give me $50 back or I would have to send them back to China and they would review them for refund... Their refund policy says if you aren't happy, they will take them back. This is a total scam company.

I ordered a blanket. They emailed and said they didn’t have that one but had it in another color. If If I didn’t like it I could return it. I didn’t like it, I had to pay for the postage to return it! And then the return was refused, annd the item was sent back to me. I lost all the money, wasted my time, and was entirely irritated at being scammed. These people seem to have an address in China, which is not a problem for me-I have no beef with people of any ethnicity-but these people are thieves plain and simple.
Simple fact. Thieves.

Terrible product and customer service. I ordered a large 100% cotton knit heavy blanket for $129 and got a crib-sized polyester knit square piece of fabric. Customer service number in China goes unanswered. No way to return. Reached out to PayPal to report this company. Wish I had seen these terrible reviews before purchasing.

I paid $364.65  for very low quality poorly sewn, completely wrong polyester fabric website advertised Linen/ Cotton couch covers, so they tell me when I wanted a refund, I'm sorry that our products are not to your liking, even though our profit is only $15.2-651. Make sure the item is complete and unused, we will refund the full amount after we receive the package!
Full refund after we receive the package?? No Return Label? Just pitty party I don't care if you make $1 give me what I paid for.

very disappointed experience. the service did not meet my expectations at all. and I felt my time and money were wasted.

I purchased a chunky blanket on October 24, and unfortunately it arrived defective. One end of the blanket immediately began unraveling and shedding fibers, while the other end was completely intact. I followed the care instructions exactly (hand washed gently and air-dried once), and the issue continued to worsen, which strongly suggests a manufacturing defect rather than normal wear.

I contacted the company promptly and spent several weeks trying to resolve the issue. Communication was inconsistent, my questions were repeatedly ignored, and I was initially asked to pay additional costs or place a new order for a replacement. After significant back-and-forth, the shop owner eventually agreed in writing to send a replacement free of charge and provided a timeline for shipping.

However, the replacement was never shipped, no tracking information was ever provided, and communication stopped again. Because the company failed to follow through on what they promised, I ultimately had to open a PayPal dispute to resolve the matter.

The blanket itself is not inexpensive, and at this price point I expected better quality control and far better customer service. This experience was frustrating and time-consuming, and I would be very cautious before ordering.

The product is not what was advertised on the website. I purchased two couch covers, the color, design, and quality come no where close to matching what the website showed. It is noted to be anti slip but there is nothing on the back that allows it to grip to a leather couch. Currently they said in a email they will provide me a full refund when they receive the product back to China, I am in the US. If I do not want to wait or send back they will refund me $50, which is up from the original offer of $30, and not even 1/2 of what I paid for it. They already scammed me once. I just hope they refund 100% of what I paid. I will definitely be posting to every review and social media site. I posted a review on their site and it doesn’t show. Buyer beware!

Shipping took forever (China) and when the product arrived (cushion covers) it felt flimsy and cheap. It looks like we just put fitted sheets on the cushions, which honestly is what I was afraid of anyway. We’ve had them for almost 2 weeks and there are loose strings and pilling already. I have a feeling they’ll be spent in less than 6 months.

I received a very poor quality sofa cover. I ordered the correct size according to their website. It does not fit properly and it moves. The fabric was sold as "velvet" but is a cheap velour.
The customer service is extremely poor. Even though it touts a 30-day return for any reason, they are not responding to my requests for a return label. Also fairly hidden is that seller pays for return shipping - TO CHINA! Stay away from this company.

COMPLETE SCAM DO NOT BUY!!! It is NOT COTTON OR LINEN AT ALL; COMPLETE CHINESE POLYESTER!!!!! All of the spelling mistakes on the packaging was my first red flag, not to mention the covers were smashed into a plastic bag with no care! I bought 3 sofa covers for $85 and got cheap Chinese plastic! All of the tags are in Chinese too probably because they assume you won’t double check the quality. It also took 19 days to receive!!!! Complete garbage scammers.

The rug is faux all right! It looks like a piece of faux fur fabric has been lined with a thin piece of fabric. It is very low quality. When I went to return the product, Jack, the owner gave me the run around. I had to file a dispute with Am Ex to get my money back. I do not recommend you do business with this company.

I ordered 100 dollar couch cove ,it is not the color shown in pictures.I have tried everything to get a hold of them to no avail.I even called there stupid number in China no answer.Do not order because if you want to return you are stuck with it.

PRO: Cover very very stretchy and fabric hides dirt well. When I sent email re: screwy delivery (see below), I got quick email replies.
CON: I ordered 2 loveseat covers + 1 corner cushion cover; they sent 1 cover long enough for 3 cushions, 1 loveseat size, 1 for corner cushion. Happily, I could make the long one work for 3-seat L-sofa and loveseat cover fit so what they sent worked (w/ 1 left over) but that was just luck.
Also, delivery was odd. Got a msg saying pkg delivered w/ pic of it next to my mailbox, but then it was gone; 3 days later it was delivered...no idea how. Company in China tho web site looks like US site and phone # for customer service doesn't work.

I bought a cover for my dog in green xl and it came to me in white. Wanted me to return it back to China and I had to pay. It would not return my item… DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! Scam and I had paid $189 for my item. Rep off keeps writing back in forth. I told them it was there mistake. They should pay for the return. Worst customer service.

Purchased a weighted blanket and it was horrible!! Not the correct dimensions, super loose crochet, not weighted, and I paid $150 tried to send back but they won't send a prepaid shipping label. Said they would give me $25. I kept asking for a refund and each time they would increase the amount. After going round & round and finally told them $75, half of what I paid and they agreed. I have yet to receive the money send back to my CC. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING!!!! CHINESE SCAM. SELLING CHEAP CRAP FOR HIGH DOLLAR.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered a white rug paid 560 for it and haven't heard anything from them. IT'S FRAUDULENT!! Called my bank they tried to charge my account two more time's. This is real!!!!!!!!! Don't use this site!! My bank is going after them to get my money back.

I purchased a Cotton Linen Couch Cover for $129, and it was delivered to the wrong address. it was a nighmare to get them to send me a replacement. I had to open a case with PayPal in order for them to respond to my emails. They were purposely wasting time so that it would last the 30 days, and that way they wouldn't have to resend a replacement because it was past the 30-day warranty. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!

Everybody - dont order anything here. It is located most likely somewhere in China or who knows where. I placed an order ( 126 USD), and for the week I am trying to get some response from them about when it be delivered. Today I received that they be not able to deliver - because it is a rural area ( Kingston, Ontario) - where there is an airport. I asked to cancel my order, and hope I be able to return my money back

The website advertised free shipping and free return. However, when I requested to return my order, they refused to pay for the return shipping. Instead, they offered to pay me $20 and keep the product. I replied that I was not interested in a $20 compensation and that I wanted to return the product for a full refund. They still refused to provide me with a return shipping label or a way to return the product. I have now contacted them 7 times and they are just ignoring my request. Now I am stuck with a product I do not want and I have no way of returning it. At this point, even if I did return the product, I do not trust this merchant to issue me a refund.
