This is the third or fourth rugs I have bought from this manufacturer. I like having a little rug for when I get up every day and my feet on these rugs feel magnificent! They're so soft, cozy, warm!! Very nice in the winter too, especially since I live in an Arctic area (aka Minnesota lol). Unfortunately the reason I had to buy a few of these rugs was...well, I live with my twin sister and she just got a puppy about a year ago...I think you can probably guess what happened. I did my best (well, WE did our best) to close my bedroom door at all times but, being human, we made mistakes at times and it was time to buy another rug for my room (I'd rather it get on a little rug tho than my carpet)! 😂 I like how these rugs, well at least the small ones I get, are so reasonable that if I need to throw one out, it's nbd, I just buy another one. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I really think you get a great product for the price here. And like I said, the carpet is soooooo soft and warm! The only reason I rated it 4 Stars was bc it can be pretty slippery, especially if you have bare feet or certain socks/footwear on and are in a bit of a hurry. Just be a little careful! Other than that, I definitely recommend these rugs! Please do not take what I said about the slippery part more seriously than it is. It's just a little FYI and I've never hurt myself on any of the several rugs I've purchased from this manufacturer. Have a great day! :)

This rug looks so great in my living room. It is super soft, and I love the undertones of this rug. I have been looking for a living room rug for a long time, and this has been the only one I’ve truly fallen in love with for my living room! Feels great on your feet, and definitely gives you the cozy vibes for your home! This rug looks very pretty and appealing as well! Definitely would rate 10/10!

I had a similar experience as previous post. I ordered two sizes of an “anti-slip” sofa cover that was described as “soft”. After a few weeks from placing my order, I received what is a cheap glorified burlap piece of fabric poorly sewn with no anti-slip surface at all, and not at all soft. I emailed for a return request and was given an address in China to return to—which would cost $250 to send the items to. They also offered me a refund option without returning item, but only $30 when my order was $180. Absolutely a scam—beware and should not order anything from this company.

Bought couch cover. Took weeks to get even though I paid for expedited shipping. When asked about returning product was told to send to China at my cost. They offered to give me $80 (for $200 product) if I wanted to keep product. Very dissatisfied.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this lager sheepskin rug. I was hesitant to purchase, because I've been searching for a while now for a quality sheepskin. Honestly, the quality of sheepskin rugs in most locations is hit or miss. This rug is thick, soft, fluffy, beautiful and luxurious. The quality of this product is obvious. There was a slight smell, which is to be expected with natural animal products. I aired it in the sun for a couple of hours and the smell completely dissipated. I love my new rug and plan to buy two more for my living room soon.

I bought a sectional couch cover because I have dogs and wanted to save my couch. Nowhere on the site does it say anything about them being in China and Nowhere does it state it will take three weeks to arrive.
I received the item I paid 239.99 for. It was sent to me in a clear trash bag with no shipping information on it. It was not what I ordered so I wanted to return. There is absolutely no phone number or customer service. You have to email whi h it takes many emails to them for someone to talk to you. I asked twice for a return address,but they wanted to give me 65.00 which is noway what I paid. They said they only make 15.00 on any sale which did not matter to me. I refused and asked again for a return address, that is when I found out they are in China and it was going to cost hundreds of dollars to return. I am pissed. I have contacted paypal, hopefully I will get this fixed.
Just think twice before you buy from them.

As other reviewers mentioned, I didn’t realize I was ordering from China. The covers took over 2 weeks to deliver. The quality was ok, just wanted to exchange for a different color and different dimensions. I’ve reached out to the company 3 times for a return address and have yet to receive a response.
After seeing these reviews, I’m not hopeful that this will be resolved how I had hoped. 😞
I would love for them to see this and help me so I can provide a more positive review.

Do not order anything from this company unless you can wait 30 days to receive the item and you know 100% that you won't need to return it. I bought their $140 soft sherpa throw blanket for a design client knowing that he wanted a large luxury blanket and they advertised that they accepted unused returns within 30 days. My client chose a $40 blanket over theirs and when I reached out for their return information, I got the third degree about returning it and I demanded their return address. They offered to let me keep it and they refund me $30 but they gave me their return address in China for a full refund. It would cost me more than $200 to return it. I am now going to lose $100. This is horrible business practices and false advertising since no one wants to lose money returning a purchase. They should just advertise that they don't accept returns.

Just relaying that while I was apprehensive about a refund, they processed it promptly and fully with no problems.

unbelievable company will not refund. i am working with credit card company as they are trying to have me send back to company with no label and this is misrepresentation of them being in china. do not buy

If I could give less than one star, I would! This company is terrible. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I ordered a couch cover for $130 and it was supposed to arrive in 5-7 days. It ended up taking a month. It was delivered from China and was not what was portrayed on the website. It was frayed and cheap. Then, I wanted to return it and they expected me to pay $50 shipping to return. Then, they offered me $50 to keep it. so basically I lost $80. Who is to say they even received if I shipped it back. It was a nightmare. I had to throw away the item. terrible!!!!!!

Absolutely AWFUL! DO NOT BUY! I purchased a rug and tried to return it. Like other reviewers said, they offered $30, then $50, then $80 refund for me to keep the rug saying they only make $15.20 on it. My other option was to ship it back to China and they don’t provide a return label. STAY AWAY!

SCAM and fraud company. Like others- goods did not match description. Upon request for refund clearly "plays games" such as "We only make $17.19 from this order. We can give you a $50 discount if you keep the items." The "refunding" process is clearly designed to capture consumer information for dark web purposes.

I don't want to even give this business one star. Absolutely deplorable. The blanket I received looks nothing like the website suggests. It came from Queens, NY via China and in order to a "full refund" I have to ship this thing back to China! What a scam. Awful business. Do NOT buy from here. They are full of crap about their full refund.

I purchased a large sheep skin area rug from this website. The rug was NOT good quality and I wanted to return it. Since the website claims 100% Satisfaction and Money back guarantee I felt that a refund would be easy with return of the item. NOPE! The owner Jack would not let me return the Rug. In fact, he went to great extent to have me keep the rug and give me partial refund. PAYPAL did not help with the refund. $500 lost. Never again dealing with this business.

**DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY** They claim “Easy Returns” when NONE are available. And good luck getting your money back. PAYPAL WONT EVEN TRY TO GET YOU A REFUND.

These people are scammers. We purchased a plush rug not knowing that it is coming straight from China. The rug looks very cheap. They advertise free return openly on their website. When contacted, they say they only make a profit of $30 from this rug. I’m not sure what they mean by that! But they are full of it. Do not trust this company. Do not buy anything from them as their products are cheap and non-refundable.

Terrible company that lies about everything. We ordered product without realizing it came from china and it takes for ever. I had planned a house warming party so I needed the covers before I open my new couch . unfortunately they didn't arrive on time .I had to order different ones and since they priced to be waterproof I just kept them since we already used them . When they finally delivered the package I simply didn't accept it to make matters easier for the shipping back . Now they are playing a game with me and not refunding me . And it wasn't cheap . Complete scam ..

Products come from China, so they take forever to arrive. Shipping is misleading on site. Also products are expensive considering they come from China. Possible arbitrage? Also they don’t publish bad reviews, which is sketchy.

We got the blue color Faux Wool Plush Rug Soft Shaggy Carpet Home Floor Area Mat , we liked the color very much but the texture looks and feels cheap, We requested to return it based on the 30 day return policy. We got told that this is a "custom" purchase and returns do not apply. We bought directly what they offered, it is not custom in any way, they are just not fulfilling their return policy. They offered us the equivalent to 5% of what we paid refund, ridiculous!!!!
