Goodfair is terrible
I would advise you don’t but anything from goodfair. It took months for my order to arrive, zippers didn’t work on the 2 windbreakers, and I didn’t receive everything I ordered. Overall it was probably the worst experience I’ve had ordering something and I would definitely not recommend to anyone.
Beyond unimpressive service.
I sent 7 emails, 4 FB messages, and spent $75+ to wait 3 months for clothing to show up stained, wrinkled, with deodorant marks, and in the incorrect size and styles. The items I was shipped after months of waiting were no longer for the correct season. I tried to cancel and was never responded to. This is a super disappointing purchase, and I would not make the mistake again in the future.
Terrible experience start to finish
In early summer, I ordered 2x 4 sweatshirts twice, for a total of 16. In both orders, I indicated in the "preferences" box that I am a landscaper so dark colors only as possible.
Of the 16, I received 6 white, 2 pink, 3 noticeably stained and 2 that were a much smaller fit than the rest, and the only 2 that had the size tags cut off.
After 3 months of wrangling with an almost completely haphazard customer service center - sending pictures and detail of all 16 - "Nakima" finally authorized a replacement shipment of 8 sweatshirts, which i would cover s/h for ( charged INSTANTLY to my CC) When I had not received my replacement box after 8 weeks, spent another 2 weeks trying to get some human recognition and the s/h was charged back and the order still underway.
Last week ( 6 months after initial orders n complaint & 3 months after the replacement had been authorized) I received a box of 4 sweatshirts, all in darker colors and 1 again a smaller size with the size tag removed ( unlike the other 3).
If I could have given this company zero stars, that would have been my option.

Order never arrived, poor communication
My order never arrived. I emailed the company 3 or 4 times inquiring about my order after several weeks and would receive either an automated message or no response. I never received a response about a refund either, so I ended up having to dispute the charge through my credit card. I would definitely not recommend ordering from this company to anyone.

Never received order, was ignored
I placed an order with Goodfair over four months ago. I never received it. After the first two months I asked about the order and was told it had been delayed but would ship soon. After another two months I emailed customer service to ask again and this time was simply ignored. Definitely never placing another order.

It took three months to get my order. During that time, I asked for updates, a refund, anything really, and there was very little communication.
Took three months and we didn’t even receive what we ordered
Our order took three months to arrive. It became clear that the items we had ordered weren’t actually in stock. Their excuse for delay was that they were waiting to have the items to send. When we finally did receive an order after several emails and requests for refunds we didn’t even receive what we had ordered. Subsequent follow up emails with customer service has led to a dead end. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. Besides the poor quality of the clothes that Were eventually sent, the customer service is really poor to non-exsistent.

Took 90 days to ship, no communication, bad company
Took 90 days to ship despite everything listed as "in stock". They wouldn't reply to my inquires or request to cancel anything backordered. They wouldn't even tell me what the delay was. Package finally arrived over 3 months late. Two of the four hoodies were the wrong size (obviously kids XL instead of adult XL). Quality was mixed, about half my order went straight into the trash. Some had holes in items. Another hoodie unraveled after the wash. After a month I only kept 1 hoodie. It's a good idea, but a terrible company.
I thought this would’ve been a good thrift investment
I wasn’t happy with how long it took to process and ship my order. I knew it would take a while but I didn’t receive my order until 2-3 months later. Customer service only reached out to me once I emailed them asking about my order status. Once I received my order I still didn’t receive everything I asked due to availability, I’m assuming. Some of the items I received didn’t match the description that was on the website. The outfits that were chosen weren't ideal and a few items I personally felt I shouldn’t have received (Greek fraternity jacket and a few other items). Even though I received a coupon there’s nothing on the site that peaks my interest to wait another 2-3 months on an order.
Damaged clothing
Extremely slow shipping--it took well over a month for them to send out my order. I had pieces with major stains and holes. No refund offered, only an exchange that I have to pay shipping for.

It’s a Scam
This company has a great idea but is a complete scam. I ordered in August and tried to reach out many times in September with little to no luck and responses that claimed my order was on the way. It never came. I had to cancel the charge on my credit card as I never received my order and Goodfair did not respond for a refund.
Wish I could give zero stars
Wish I could give zero stars. Ordered in July and had to repeatedly asked for my order. Complained to the Better Business Bureau and finally got an order in December. Not what I ordered and paid for but it was delivered. Stick to local thrift stores.

I placed an order in September, 2021 and I still haven't received it. I've contacted the company a multitude of times but without any success. The only solution for those who believed this company to be legitimate is to contact the Better Business Bureau.
Order took months to arrive and was missing items
My order took months to arrive, and when it did I was missing 3 items. I messaged customer service about it but got no response back. I’m out $15 to Goodfair. The real bothersome part though is that I had no response or resolution given to me. They need a better team running this operation.
Disappointing
I love a good used comfortable hoodie so I ordered them through goodfair. I waited patiently for two months, so you could imagine my excitement when it finally arrived. And then the extreme disappointment when I opened the box to find regular sweatshirts not hoodies. I would not recommend!!
