Beware, this site appears to be mail fraud/scam.
When you order, they will send the wrong product and not communicate.
They stole several hundred dollars from me.

Communication could have been more…
Communication could have been more professional. It's not clear when ordering that the site functions as a third-party that will place orders on your behalf with the company that makes the device you are ordering. I ordered two devices from different companies thinking that they would both be shipped from Good E-Reader but two separate orders were placed on my behalf with their respective companies. One could be completed and the other could not. I did receive the one device in perfect conditions and it took about a month from order placed to received.
Delivery cost extreme for Netherlands
I don't like that I needed to pay FedEx additional 145 euro for delivery even if I already paid delivery 30 euro during ordering from GE-reader. So delivery was approx 180euro and I wouldn't purchase the device Onyx Boox ultra C if I knew that.

They sent the wrong item all the way from Japan. They did give me a refund but it was very disappointing and a total waste of time.

Beware of hidden costs
I paid $45.07 extra for a duty surcharge from this company, which is based in Canada. This was not mentioned at the point of purchase. When I pointed it out in an email I was accused of libel. If you look on Reddit and Google Reviews, GoodEreader gets overwhelmingly negative reviews, and 45 percent give just 1 star here on Trustpilot. They have nothing but disdain and sarcastic comments for their customers, and accuse them of theft, libel, lies and deceit. Their record of shabby, incompetent service is amply documented in the reviews below. Most of the positive reviews here are bland and slick, and seem planted. The reviews and videos of Michael on ‘Good’ Ereader are nothing but sleek info-commercials to push product. And yet they just stand by and continue to scam, and snark at, their customers. Class action lawsuit anyone?
Long Shipping Delay
I did not initially receive a tracking number or any shipment updates. I sent a support request to the vendor a week after I ordered asking for a tracking number.
I got a tracking number 20 days after my initial purchase.
The tracking number did not link to or mention the courier service. I had to search and discover that it was DHL by myself.
The package was held for a week at this time because of a duty fee upon entering Canada. I did not receive a notification from the vendor or DHL about this. I had to figure it out on my own after putting considerable time into investigating the shipping delay.
Overall I had a bad experience with Good E-Reader. This is unfortunate since they offer a specialized line of products that are hard to get elsewhere.

Everything went wrong - poor communication with an order that was delayed for weeks and weeks. The website is horrible. I thought I was ordering from the Vancouver outlet. Turns out it was from the USA where they lost my order. I was lied to by a rep when they said they had the item in stock. They did NOT. Lied to when they said 10 days shipping or less. Took almost 30 days. Had to pay an extortion fee (import duty) to get my order after I specifically wanted it to come from Canada (Vancouver). If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Will NEVER recommend this online purchase to anyone. The biggest problem is the online store. Why in God's name doesn't the country (Canada) change when it should recognize where the order is emminating from. Pathetic!
No reply from customer care
Its been a week since I have ordered my Mira 13.3 Monitor. There is no update regarding when it is going to be shipped. I tried contacting customer service through email. But they have not replied to the email either.
Excellent service
As usual, excellent service and professional. It was delivered in less than 10 days.
However, for international purchases, I would recommend adding tracking number so I can know if the shipment is delayed.
Went great.
Recieved my order (poke5) within a bit more than two week, so excellent quality/price for the delivery.
And they do great youtube videos!
Expensive shipping and S-L-O-W
$15 standard shipping for a single stylus. Two weeks later, my order hasn't even shipped yet; the status still says "Processing."
Edit: I read a few other reviews they responded to after I'd posted this. I'm astonished at the company's petulant, sarcastic tone:
"Do you want me to include the tracking number for everyone to see, at the risk of someone redirecting it to their own address?" -- to multiple customers.
"Thanks for the glowing review, you are a tremendous customer" -- to someone who posted a poor review.
"Supporter of small business? Is this why you opened a credit card dispute?" -- Supporting small business certainly doesn't mean a customer shouldn't file a dispute when warranted.
Their website touts fast shipping, but they excuse themselves by saying "We are a small company and ship as soon as we can." Fast shipping or 'as soon as we can?' Pick one. More than two weeks is not fast shipping in my book.
I've purchased multiple devices from this company (and they did arrive), but this attitude on top of slow shipping really puts me off. I don't see any advantage to buying directly from the manufacturer when possible, and when that's not possible, I guess I'll just go without.
Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service! They do not supply you with any tracking number when they "ship" your order. They do not answer emails, unless you threaten to cancel the order/ give you refund. Just don't waste your time and money with Good E Reader!

Delayed Shipping - Lack of Communication
I placed an order on May 13th, 2023. The estimated date for processing was 3-5 business days and a few additional days for shipping. The expected date to receive this order should have been no later than May 26th, 2023, marking 10 business days from the date of purchase. I have reached out multiple times requesting an update. I was trying to be patient and understanding but I became frustrated with the lack of attention to this order. I paid full price for the product along with $20.00 for shipping. I still have yet to receive the package. It wasn't until I sent a pretty stern email (also my 4th email) to the sales department, that I FINALLY received a tracking number. I never received another email. The tracking number came via text. I cannot honestly rate the product yet because I still don't have it but the customer service was poor and so was the urgency for shipping out the product. Just keep that in mind if you order through here.

I strongly advise you never to buy anything from them.
I have never received my purchase after 3 weeks and the company didn't give me clear information about the shipping. So I asked for a cancelation before they sent the shipping, but they ignore my demand (and I asked so many times, very clearly) and they sent me a shipping, which is not the refund that I asked SO MANY TIMES!!!
I proposed them to indicate me how the proceed to cancel properly my order before shipping it but they didn't respond. So here we are...
(order 350721 : no, I am not a fake review and I'm dealing with Jana, terrible customer service).
I asked them so many times that I just want a refund, but they ignore my message (again) I am having trouble getting my refund. I paid 551$!!!!!!!!!!
Their buiness is based on lack of service and fraud.
