All codes work, outstanding customer support!
I've been buying software licenses from Godeal24 for a long time and all the codes I purchased have always worked. What I value the most is their excellent customer service: they reply quickly, are very friendly and are always willing to help until everything is fully solved, which gives me a lot of confidence every time I place a new order. I will definitely keep using Godeal24 and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable keys and a support team that is truly committed to helping their customers.

Title: Unusable product and no refund
I purchased Office 2019 for Mac from GoDeal24 and the product is completely unusable. The Office applications show “No license found” and cannot be activated.
I followed all the troubleshooting steps their support team asked for (multiple reinstalls, deleting all Microsoft files, restarting the Mac, signing in again), but the problem remains exactly the same.
Despite clearly providing proof that the product cannot be used, they keep sending the same instructions instead of honoring their own refund policy.
There is also no real 24/7 support or live chat, only slow email responses.
Very frustrating experience. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend being very careful before purchasing from this site.

Invalid win10 key
I sent an email three times regarding an invalid win 10 pro key.
They never answered me.
I sent mail:
23.01.2026
03.02.2026
11.02.2026
-----------------------------------------
Thanks to TrustPilot, Godeal24 opened a communication with me. Then they sent me a license key for "Office 21 pro", instead of the key for "Win 10 pro". This key is functional. Office 21 is a useful package.
And TrustPilot is a useful project.
Thank you.

Come sempre, ottimo servizio
