Tutto perfetto

Quick feedback, good product and clear instructions.

I've been working with them for years and everything has always been excellent. They are very fast when it comes to sending the licenses — usually within just a couple of minutes — and whenever I've had any installation issues, they have provided immediate support.

I am satisfied with the service from start to finish.

Find what I need (app) and get help from support to finalise installation (there was a trick).

Office key blocked by Microsoft. No reply to support requests.

Update: I was contacted by Godeal24 a few days after this review, replying to THE ACTUAL SUPPORT ENQUIRY I SENT three weeks before! They've offered to send a new key on condition I remove this review. Not happening. The key was BLOCKED, not failed to activate, blocked by Microsoft.

Although the Windows 11 Pro and Office 2019 licenses I had bought worked for a while, at some point after receiving mandatory updates, both stopped working and the reactivation process is not working.

The support team is completely unresponsive even though they are claiming they have 24/7 support, this applies only related to issues with recent purchases.

I had problem with a windows and an office key after a format on my pc, both keys didn't work. I emailed them and in less than a week they sent me replacement keys for both. So I am a happy customer.

bad experience, bought a non-functional license, after an email fight with support I realized that it was a scam and a waste of money.
never again

I have been a customer for years, and I recommend these sellers — this is the fourth software product I have bought through them. Thank you!

I have never had any issues with my.purchases. Smooth checkout and instant delivery. Everything I've purchased worked. A few years back I needed some assistance, their customer service was excellent.

I always bought licenses via Godeal, the prices are excellent and the support is very good!

I purchased two keys for MS Office 2021 Pro on 14.03.2026, which I am already using at work — one for a new Acer laptop and another for a new Acer desktop computer.

On 28.03.2025, I bought a third key for MS Office 2021 Pro for a new Chinese laptop that I purchased for my son.

So far, everything is working perfectly — when I activated all copies of MS Office 2021 Pro, the keys were accepted by Microsoft without any problems.

The price of the products is very good. I hope that I will not have any issues with these three MS Office 2021 Pro keys in the future.

J'ai acheté office 2019 Pro, installation sans aucun problème
