I had problem with a windows and an office key after a format on my pc, both keys didn't work. I emailed them and in less than a week they sent me replacement keys for both. So I am a happy customer.

I purchased two keys for MS Office 2021 Pro on 14.03.2026, which I am already using at work — one for a new Acer laptop and another for a new Acer desktop computer.

On 28.03.2025, I bought a third key for MS Office 2021 Pro for a new Chinese laptop that I purchased for my son.

So far, everything is working perfectly — when I activated all copies of MS Office 2021 Pro, the keys were accepted by Microsoft without any problems.

The price of the products is very good. I hope that I will not have any issues with these three MS Office 2021 Pro keys in the future.

I purchased Office 2019 for Mac from GoDeal24 and the product is completely unusable. The Office applications show “No license found” and cannot be activated.

I followed all the troubleshooting steps their support team asked for (multiple reinstalls, deleting all Microsoft files, restarting the Mac, signing in again), but the problem remains exactly the same.

Despite clearly providing proof that the product cannot be used, they keep sending the same instructions instead of honoring their own refund policy.

There is also no real 24/7 support or live chat, only slow email responses.

Very frustrating experience. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend being very careful before purchasing from this site.

Però negli ultimi tempi le vecchie licenze, tipo di 4 anni fa o più, se reinstallate, non funzionano più; solo una volta l'assistenza mi ha mandato una nuova licenza, ma ora non risponde più e ho mandato una email al giorno con tanto di screenshoot dell'impossibilità di attivazione del prodotto sia via email che via telefono.
Questa è truffa!

Thanks to TrustPilot, Godeal24 opened a communication with me. Then they sent me a license key for "Office 21 pro", instead of the key for "Win 10 pro". This key is functional. Office 21 is a useful package.
