I purchased 3x Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus from Godeal24 (Order ID: G24-GO2008104331685). The product was sold with a permanent "lifetime license" guarantee. The product key has now been completely blocked by Microsoft servers with the error that the product key is invalid (corporate volume key deactivated by MS). I contacted their customer support multiple times, but they completely ignore all messages and refuse to honor their lifetime guarantee. Very poor after-sale service. Do not buy if you expect long-term functionality.

I cannot activate my licence of Office 2024 despite advices of Godeal 'team. Very disapointed.

Bravo

The first review was my mistake.everything OK

Every purchase I've made has been great, it was completed with no issues and worked fine. The only time I was having technical issues, their customer service was excellent and even though it wasn't their fault (it was an issue with my computer), they sent me detailed instructions and helped solve it! I

Très bon site web

Fast key delivery, correct after-sales service. I can only recommend it!
I will buy from them again.

Ora funziona correttamente! Grazie

They don't answer my emails, si I pay ans my licence don't work, I waste m'y money.

I purchased a product from this site at a very convenient price and I was pleased to see that everything worked fine with the activation following the instructions they sent. Thanks a lot!

Perfect thank you

TOP. Je recommande.

I've been buying software licenses from Godeal24 for a long time. My last one was a key for Office 2024 . I have never had any issues with my purchases. Smooth checkout and instant delivery. Everything I've purchased worked.

After a lot of explanation and a lot of patience from your team I successfully activated my new Office 2024 softwere.

I bought multiple Windows 10 keys and one Windows Server key and each time all worked flawlessly. Email received rather quickly after payment, and even the multi-activation key worked fine. Never had problems.

I've bought several licenses for Mac and PC, and everything has always worked perfectly. I highly recommend them.
