G M Windows & Doors Ltd Omdömen

Very helpful team. Bryony was always responsive and an overall great service and experience! Thank you so much!
Highly recommended.

The complete process has been excellent. Full product range provided, types, technical spec etc. Great quality door and frame installation. Lovely looking door. Andy and his assistant arrived at pre agreed time and left us with a clean and tidy hall and frontage.
Also excellent customer service from Bryony in connection with sales info, installation dates and payment process. Would definitely recommend this well run company to anyone looking for new doors/windows etc.

From coming to measure up to the install itself, GM Windows & Doors were faultless. I was kept up to speed with everything via WhatsApp and the two guys that came to fit my new sash window were very friendly and considerate of my home. As a woman living alone, you sometimes get anxious about having trades in doing work, but I felt comfortable having them in my house. I will definitely be using GM Windows & Doors for the remaining windows in my house that need replacing, as the final product was perfect.

An excellent job by GM Windows and doors. I had a new front and back door fitted, four windows and some brickwork done. The lads were on time, very tidy workers and did a superb job fitting a quality product. Would highly recommend them!

Andy was very friendly and did an excellent job. Left the place tidy as well.

Andy did a great job installing our new windows and door, very happy with the quality and fitting service. Would use GM windows & doors again in a heartbeat.

Bryony also has been very responsive over whatsapp with clear communication from initial request to quote through to install.

Andy & Callum arrived at the agreed time, were very friendly and did a top quality job with minimal mess.

Very good communication via WhatsApp regarding the fitting. Quotes and invoices via email- no issues. Two lads that came were professional, completed the job with no issues and cleaned up well after themselves. Had one window changed. Would recommend, no issues.

Fantastic communications from start to finish. Window looks great and the installers made sure I was happy with everything once completed. From measuring up, initial quote and order through to final installation the service was quick and everything was completed on time.

The whole process from beginning to end went really smoothly. The initial quote was detailed and clear. Fitters turned up on time on the day agreed and were very pleasant. Fitting was done without mess and I didn't need to redecorate afterwards. We are very pleased with the quality of the doors and windows and would recommend G M windows to others.
Many thanks

Really happy with our experience, from start to finish they were really helpful and accommodating to our needs. They checked in often to ensure we were happy with our choices and to confirm all the details. Very good price and high quality door and finish!!

Installers worked non stop from start to finish and nothing was too much. Bryony in the office kept us fully up to date with the process. Done a great job replacing our windows and the service had been great from the start.

An excellent service from GM Windows from start to finish. The job was undertaken professionally and efficiently.
The whole team was extremely helpful at each stage of the process.
I would highly recommend GM Windows.

Lovely service, professional and efficient communication as well as a great clean-up after the installation. Bryony was wonderful at the logistics and aiding me throughout the design process of the door itself. Mick, our lovely fitter, did a fantastic job and the final door had a clean look that made the house feel almost new! Cannot recommend these guys enough.

Surveyor came to inspect very quickly and advised what I could/couldn't have due to the existing type of window I had. Mick (who fitted the window) was very quick, friendly and cleaned up afterwards. He also asked me to phone for another window key as they had only sent one - I probably wouldn't have noticed! My only reservation was that I didn't hear anything for 2 weeks after I paid the deposit. However I can certainly recommend.

The service was very professional from start to finish. The quote was detailed and when I asked for a second option it was no problem. We had to postpone the installation at short notice and this was accommodated straight away with no fuss. The installation was carried out with minimum disruption and they tidied up well afterwards. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again.
