GloverPriest Solicitors Omdömen

We recently completed our house sale and purchase through GloverPriest and couldn’t be happier with the service provided. Our team — Kellie, Charlotte and Cerys — were all fantastic throughout the process. They responded quickly, kept us informed at every stage, and were always on hand to answer any questions.

A special thank you to Charlotte, who I dealt with most frequently — her communication was excellent and she worked really hard to keep things moving, especially towards the end. Her support made a stressful process feel much more manageable.

I’d highly recommend GloverPriest to anyone buying or selling a property — a brilliant team and a smooth experience from start to finish.

When their quote came in we were pleasantly surprised and there were no hidden costs. Sally and Ellie have worked very hard for our sale and completion to go through on time. Clearly working long hours. They kept us informed and updated during the whole process. Thank you both and the whole team too. We would have no hesitation to recommend to friends and family.

Anouska & the team were always ahead of the other solicitors and they always kept me updated - very professional. They just need to notch up a bit in friendliness to be perfect.

Friendly informative service, many thanks for reducing the stress of moving house

I would highly recommend using Glover Priest for conveyancing. We used them for the sale of our house and although the completion took nearly 7 months, this was no fault of GP. They provide a portal where you can complete all the necessary documents and message them with any queries. They respond very promptly. Thanks to all at Glover Priest.

We were first time buyers and the mortgage process seemed extremely complicated at first. we instructed Glover Priest through Lloyds and Chloe and Sophie were assigned our case. from that point on it was pretty much smooth sailing. Chloe and Sophie were both very professional and explained everything in laymen terms so that would could understand it. they kept in constant contact with us and answered any questions we had throughout the process. An excellent firm with excellent staff who we will definitely be using again in the future. i would recommend Glover Priest for anyone starting a first time house purchase.

I would like to thank Hannah Lovering and the team for making the sale of our house so easy from start to finish. Thank you again

2nd time using Gloverpriest. I don't normally do reviews but have no reservations in saying excellent, efficient, worry-free experience both times.

Great personal attention and very prompt action whenever an issue arose

Rhys from Great Barr branch was really good and responsive. Smooth process completed in good time.

Sally and Ellie Howes at Glover Priest were great with helping me with the sale of my property. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very responsive. The buyer had to change solicitors very far into the transaction and they ensured a smooth transition corresponding with the new solicitor. I would not hesitate to recommend. Nick

I would highly recommend using GloverPriest for conveyancing. We used them for the purchase of our first home and completed within 8 weeks. All the staff that worked on our case were incredibly efficient, helpful and got our house completed so quickly and smoothly. They were transparent and kept us updated throughout the process- we never had to chase them for anything. They made they process as stress-free as possible especially as first time buyers, they couldn't have done more for us.

Communication was really good. Actions were carried out within 48 hours. Just a very good experience to be supported by a professional team. Totally would use again

Excellent service selling a house. Always replied to emails and calls usually the same day. Thank you so much it really gave me confidence in my choice of solicitors. We completed the sale after years of trying a great team effort with the estate agents. Thank you

I would highly recommend GloverPriest solicitors. I used them for conveyance for the purchase of my flat and they were fantastic. They were very efficient, supportive and extremely helpful throughout the whole process.

I can only speak as I found my
Process. I took the decision to use this firm on a Recommendation, however I couldn’t say I would recommend them further. There’s no doubt that from a legal perspective the job will get done , but the whole process was more of an ordeal. There are many reasons I could list , but I will simply say this , will they get the job done .. yes.. would I use them again , No. be safe to say that the excitement of a new home was tainted by this service , but that is only my experience and as I say , in the end the job got done .. at the point of my patience evaporating . Do your research before you instruct.

Everything was done well and we were kept informed throughout throughout process of buying our house.
Solicitors were easy to contact when we wanted.

We was very happy thank you so much for helping us with our sale and buying our dream property
