GloverPriest Solicitors Omdömen

I was always told theres no such thing as a good solicitor but Ellie and Sally were fantastic from start to finish. I was always kept informed with quick replies and they handled everything as soon as they received it.

5 stars

Brilliant service from Cerys Charlotte and Kellie would definitely use again and recommend they were so helpful

From the initial contact to the sale completion, I never doubted I made the right decision letting GloverPriest handle my house sale. Whether contacting Kellie, Charlotte or Cerys, replies were always prompt and helpful. Faultless

Always available by email and phone, and prompt replying to any questions

I had a very complicated sale of a house, however I was kept informed all the way .
Both Connor and Sharon were particularly helpful and kind as I was going through a bad emotional state at the time.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Glover Priest and would certainly use them in the future.

Couldn't be bothered to keep in contact with me, constantly blamed the searches for not being complete, only to find out they were completed 2 months before. Wanting more money for extended searches even though previous questions hadn't been answered. As a 1st time buyer I was hoping for a guiding hand to make the process easier. Instead I lost out on buying my dream home. Just to be kept updated instead of blaming others would have really helped but nothing.

I recently wanted to change my name and was put in contact with Salvia and Cathy and both of them were absolutely fantastic. They both dealt with all queries I had in a timely and efficient manner and I would highly recommend them both to anyone. Thanks again!

Elizabeth Bould and the staff at GloverPriest made my experience easy and kept me informed along the way. Superb service from everyone, very knowledgeable and I would recommend them to everyone who needs help in any way. Thank you GloverPriest Yes 5 star service, was a typo

Excellent communications throughout and an extremely efficient, thorough and personal service for our house move. We felt we were treated very well. Kellie, Charlotte and Cerys work very hard and deserve praise.

I used GloverPriest Solicitors for my house purchase and had a great experience throughout. Sally, Ellie and Saskia were all fantastic — professional, approachable, and always quick to respond to any questions I had. Communication was clear and reassuring at every stage, which made what can be a stressful process feel smooth and well managed. I felt well supported from start to finish and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend GloverPriest Solicitors.

Charlotte, Cerys and Kellie handled our home move excellently (both sale & purchase). Responsive, efficient, thorough and always friendly throughout; I'd strongly recommend this conveyancing team at GloverPriest!

Very professional team that guided me through a very difficult period, that would’ve spiralled out of control of I didn’t have them behind me. I’m so grateful for their help, thank you all

Fantastic experience a pleasure to deal with .... exemplary service and made the whole process simple easy and hassle free. If Carlsberg did conveyancing! Thank you so much to the whole team Kellie, Charlotte and Cerys. Would not hesitate to recommend and would certainly use their services again.

The worst solicitors we've ever dealt with in our over 15 years of property purchase business.
They made us loose purchase of two properties and money.
Two staff there Chloe and Sophie not helpful at all. We will send documents to them and they will claim documents not received and keep asking for explanation and explanation even though the documents are with are with them.
Kept delaying until two mortgage offers expired, both extended and expired and we lost out.
Our mortgage adviser even complained and got fed up.
We can never recommend this solicitors for property purchase to even our enemy.

Be careful with them, they use a poor system for ID checking that is not working and they ask extra fee for another ID checking. At the end they ask double fee for ID checking because their system is not working despite I sent many emails and I never accepted their extra fee. They immediately threatens to sue, abusing his legal advantage.

As first-time buyers, we weren’t sure what to expect from the process, but Glovers Priest Solicitors made everything so much easier than we ever anticipated. From start to finish, they put us completely at ease and were always happy to answer any questions we had, no matter how small.
A special thank you to Kellie, Charlotte, and Cerys, who were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional throughout. Their clear communication and reassurance made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward.
We couldn’t have asked for a better team and would highly recommend GloverPriest Solicitors.

Glover Priest has been an absolutely excellent conveyancer. The team of Kellie, Charlotte, and Cerys have been entirely thorough throughout the entire process, having not settled with inaccurate or ambiguous answers from sellers solicitors, and negotiating 2 indemnity policies for us as part of the process. I have consistently been informed and advised accurately through the whole process. I cannot recommend this team enough.

I was putting a house on the market, and recommended this Solicitor group. Never dealt online before with a solicitor but Charlotte made the process simple and efficiently.
Trans action was completed very quickly.

Really delighted with the service provide by Glover Priest in purchasing my first property. Especially the work Sally Howes and Ellie Howes put in to make the purchase as stress free and positive as possible. Can't thank them enough for everything they've done, and the communication has been first class. Would recommend them to anyone purchasing a property. Thank you so much.

We had an excellent experience working with Cerys, Kellie, and Charlotte throughout the entire process. They stayed in regular contact, keeping us fully informed and updated at every stage. Whenever we had a question or concern, one of them was always available to answer the phone, respond quickly, and deal efficiently with any issues that arose.

Their professionalism, patience, and dedication were outstanding, especially as things weren’t always straightforward. They guided us through to completion with constant support and clear communication, which made the whole experience so much easier.

We’re really grateful for everything they’ve done and couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with. We’ll happily leave a great review and would highly recommend Cerys, Kellie, and Charlotte to anyone looking for excellent support and service.
