GloverPriest Solicitors Omdömen

Emma, Jen and the team always responded to my queries in a timely manner. They were knowledgeable and friendly.

Emma Reeves Brown and her team did a great job on my sale and purchase - would highly recommend

The process started smoothly but once it came to the searches and legal stuff, we were disappointed with the lack of communication and efficiency. Bethany and Paige were as helpful as they could be but it was rare that we were provided with any form of meaningful updates and we found huge problems around communication. This caused us undue stress and almost lead to the seller withdrawing for the process. We were first time buyers with no chain and the sellers solicitors were very much active in ensuring the process was efficient and smooth - we felt like we didn't consistently receive this from GloverPriest and left us on the back foot throughout the process. Although they were careful and considerate throughout the process, we don't believe Glover and Priest exceeded any expectations. We would recommend other first time buyers to be mindful of the importance of communication between themselves and solicitor and ensure they choose their solicitors carefully.

They completed the transaction in the time I requested and for the price they quoted.

Kept informed every step of the way.

It was simple freehold house sale .
The matter has concluded but I believe that my emails were not responded to for many days after they were sent ,multiple times during the sale process .
Phone systems also were a case of press 1 for this and 2 for that and then would go unanswered and disconnect anyway .
There should be a time frame for answering emails and a direct dial phone number for the team ,so clients can speak/ confirm things ,if required .

I used GloverPriest Market Harborough (Kellie, Charlotte and Cerys) and found them to be professional and communicative with strong problem solving and analytical skills. Throughout the selling process they replied quickly to queries and kept me aware of how the process was progressing, I highly recommend them.

After many years of buying and selling properties, I chose Glover Priest as conveyancers for my latest property sale. It was a such a refreshing change.
Kellie, Cerys and Charlotte handled a complex and challenging sale amazingly well. Transparent, efficient, straightforward, and effective.
Cerys was prompt in her responses, communicated effficiently, and was always available and happy to speak on the phone. Such a rare experience these days. Glover Priest appear to have honed their service to perfection.
Genuinely top service, a big thank you!

We recently used GloverPriest when selling and buying our new home and were so pleased we did. The team are very professional and have a high level of expertise. Thank you to Sally, Ellie and Amina, a great team that made the buying and selling process very stress-free and kept us up to date with regular communications! Would highly recommend!

I just bought my first home and Stephen, Nadine, Paige, Rhys and Jerry made this super easy and completed within 3 months. We are very pleased with the professionalism, kindness and efficiency of them. I will be using them again in the future if I move house again.

Excellent all round - Gemma Hales and Cerys Joel from the Market Harborough branch did the conveyancing on our house purchase. Both were exceptional - polite, friendly, helpful and efficient at every step, cannot recommend highly enough.

Very good experience with GloverPriest

Kellie, Charlotte and Cerys worked together to help us navigate a very difficult house purchase.
Cerys was always very attentive and we felt confident she was always dealing with any queries in a caring and confident way to get the best outcome for us. Thank you Cerys for your time and help to get the purchase through.
I recommend this solictors.

Amazing! Couldn’t ask for better highly recommend would 100% use again!

Best solicitors for my first house purchase so quick and kept me updated all the way through will definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️x

After being let down by another firm a few weeks into my house purchase, I approached GloverPriest after reading a few reviews on them. They were very professional, efficient and friendly. All the staff whom I dealt with were excellent - Kellie, Elizabeth and especially Cerys, who really pulled out all the stops in the days leading to exchange and completion . Hindsight is wonderful and I would have used GloverPriest for both the sale of my property as well.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm

Great Solicitors, super attentive and always respond in a timely manner. I have used glover priest 3 times now for conveyancing and they never disappoint. This time dealt with Sally and her team and have previously dealt with Rhys, both them and their teams are great people, this time from offer acceptance to completion a total of 8 weeks which wouldn’t of been possible without their hard work. Highly recommend and will use again!

I would not recommend this company to do any conveyancing due to the fact I used them for selling my old property and wasn’t very helpful considering I was also there client along with my ex partner. And when buying a property I had to chase them up for updates and along with that they told me I couldn’t complete if I didn’t sign and hand paperwork in for a certain date. I travelled an hour and a half to make sure they had it, just for them to tell me they couldn't even be bothered to check the mail in the morning for it to be processed. I found the women at the Stourbridge branch quite stuck up and not friendly.

Being a first time buyer, I didn't know what to do or expect. The staff explained everything clearly and provided me with frequent updates. They were quick to respond to my messages and phone calls. They made the whole experience stress free. I will recommend Glover Priest for their professional and outstanding service.

Nadines was great can't begin to explain how helpful she was was able to guide me through the entire process and answered all my queries. I would strongly recommend gloverpriest, the reassurance that nadine was able to give me through out this process was second to none.
