My returns were received on the 7th and 8th of May and 3 weeks later I still have not received my refund. I have contacted multiple times and nothing has been done.
This is after I payed £5.99 express delivery and my order took longer to arrive than regular delivery.

Terrible customer service I’ve emailed countless of times and nobody’s gotten back to me ordered dresses last week to go on holiday this week next day delivery still haven’t received a email update or anyone email me back

Sent a refund back which was received on 8th May. Emailed twice and still haven’t even received an email to say they have received my return. Only that they are busy. Only for me tracking the return am I able to see that it has been delivered. Ridiculous services and won’t be shopping here again if I have to hound for my money back because the items are cheap quality.

Ordered on Monday evening & said I wanted them by Saturday. They were here by Thursday & I’m in Dubai 🙌🏻 Excellent service & love my dresses. Thank you so much x

Ordered an outfit and wanted to replace for a different colour. Sent the item back and instead of a refund requested store credit.
Iv waited 11 days now for a code and the wedding has passed it’s ridiculous they emailed me back to say sorry it’s taking a while we are busy, so had the time to answer the email but not give the code it makes no sense … Why not put the bloody code in the email will never use this store again… wish I had requested a refund not a credit as it’s now of no use to me after waiting 14 days.

Update now day 17 still no code so the 14 day timeframe promised isn’t true

I sent something back which was received on the 28th of April.. had an email regarding the refund twice now and still nothing.. seems like a regular thing with this company regarding refunds. Please avoid!

Can’t recommend this company enough not only is there clothing gorgeous the quality off the clothing is second to none excellent delivery service and great customer service they have clothing to suit any event 🥰🥰

Ordered a dress I'd seen on Tiktok in a shop window in Paris, found it on Glamify and it's literally the exact same one down to the material but half the cost on I couldn't be happier it's so so nice and arrived so quickly I'll definitely be ordering from here again!

I ordered an outfit for Saturday delivery this Good Friday with little hope I would get a last min outfit with it being bank holiday and it arrived within 3 hours of me ordering it. I was honestly in shock, incredible delivery service!

Glamify scammed me! I clicked a link from a girl reviewing the same lip stain billie eilish uses on tiktok, it sent me to glamify page to purchase, The picture on the order was of sachel lip stay-n in true nude and what I recieved was some fake knock off version called lakerain in brown... waiting to hear from them for my refund! Appalling!

I can not thank the team enough for their excellent customer service, last minute Annie left it too late to order for next day and they kindly packed an order for me, and met me at the aintree pop up shop at 6pm. The order was placed at 5.25 and I had it in my hands at 6pm. If that’s not exceptional customer service I don’t know what is, and not to mention the dress and boots were stunning! Will definitely be ordering again thank you again girls now I can go and enjoy Mother’s Day!

I love ordering from gamify always good quality. Had a small issue with my last order and after a very quick response from them my issue was resolved. Great customer service, and great cloths.

I placed an order for two pieces of clothing for a total amount of £170 in November 2024. Sadly, I wasn’t happy with the quality of the faux fair coats so decided to return both.

I returned the items in November 24 and have not received a refund until today’s date.

I have been provided with a non existent / fake tracking number and I cannot prove that they received the parcel back from me.

I regularly contacted their customer service for help but was either told that there is a delay in refund or warehouse cannot locate my return.

It turns out I am not the only customer who was left without a refund.

Glamify Fashuon unlawfully kept my money - £170 and keep lying to me that they never received my return.

Absolutely disgusting service!

Have placed 2 separate orders with Glamify and both came very quickly, hoodies are lovely and great quality. Had an issue with a discount code on my first order so DM’d on instagram and was replied to fairly quickly and code sorted out for me. All in all good service. Thanks.

Returned coat two weeks ago at cost after paying for delivery and no refund yet !!! Still waiting and no word! Avoid this company !!!

My parcel was returned via dpd because of an address issue that was my fault. I messaged glamify and they responded within hours and returned it to the correct address. Amazing customer service thank you

Purchased a jacket and returned 3 days later and no refund! Emailed and was told the jacket has been received however to please allow a few more days due to back log and to check the item (waited after the allotted 14 days and still no refund). I came straight here and noticed that this company does not like to refund and escalated a claim to PayPal. Please note this company disputed receiving the item back (blatant lie) but I kept all my tracking evidence and provided it and the case was closed in my favour! Absolutely shocking, disgusting service and will never use them again!!!

Awful company to deal with and terrible refund policy

Selling bad product which was returned and the company has a terrible refund policy of 14 working days. Also, they claim the buyer has to pay for return postage which they issued.

It is almost a month the item was retuned but still not refund received

I ordered a two piece lounge set for my mother for Christmas which was ‘One Size’ which was supposedly 6-12. My mam is a size 10 and 5’5, I’m a size 8 and im 5’3. When my mam tried this on after Christmas the trousers were very short around her ankles. I also tried the trousers on and they were even short on myself. I’m a petite 5’3 so was very shocked that the trousers were short on myself. They were also tight on myself so I’m very shocked and disappointed that this two piece is classed as a ‘one size’ when it clearly doesn’t even fit a size 8. I would say the top is more like a size 16 and the trousers are for a petite size 6. When requesting a refund after Christmas I was told that I couldn’t return it as it went over the 14 day return point. Baring in mind - most stores over Christmas extend their returns policy due to items being given as presents. I have now wasted £30 on this two piece as not even I can get away with wearing this.
