I ordered a two piece lounge set for my mother for Christmas which was ‘One Size’ which was supposedly 6-12. My mam is a size 10 and 5’5, I’m a size 8 and im 5’3. When my mam tried this on after Christmas the trousers were very short around her ankles. I also tried the trousers on and they were even short on myself. I’m a petite 5’3 so was very shocked that the trousers were short on myself. They were also tight on myself so I’m very shocked and disappointed that this two piece is classed as a ‘one size’ when it clearly doesn’t even fit a size 8. I would say the top is more like a size 16 and the trousers are for a petite size 6. When requesting a refund after Christmas I was told that I couldn’t return it as it went over the 14 day return point. Baring in mind - most stores over Christmas extend their returns policy due to items being given as presents. I have now wasted £30 on this two piece as not even I can get away with wearing this.

Refund not given item sent back via a tracking service as told to do so . They have received it back 21 days ago and still no refund . No email response. I contacted the instagram page who told me it would be 14 days still no refund I was told 14 working days it’s past that and now no response. Terrible service

Hi stacey please note you were refunded and all emails we recieved had been answered within max 24hrs i am not sure if you are referring to socials but customer service do not monitor socials. For any problems please contact us there directly.

I apologise again for our returns taking 14 working days i realise this isn't ideal and we do aim to be a lot faster at returns.

Hiya Lisa please could you send us another email as we have replied to the email you had sent on 20/1/25 but I cannot see any other emails since.

I will summarise my last email to you (as you may have not seen) our returns can take up to 14 working days from receiving it back to our warehouse your return is due to be processed in the next few days as it was received on 13/1/25.

I apologise that this timeframe isn't ideal, we have learnt a lot from returns during peak and believe we will deal with it a lot better next year!

5 out of 5 for customer service

I needed my parcel for Saturday and realised the shipping I paid for wouldn’t cut it! I reached out to the team and within hours they sorted me out and remained professional! I’m hoping my parcel comes for Saturday as I ordered last minute! I can’t thank the customer service team enough and I couldn’t fault them, much appreciated ❤️

Wouldn’t recommend

I placed an order for next day delivery and didn’t receive it until 2 days later so not only did I not need the jeans anymore as they were late they were far too long, I processed a refund online while querying the next day delivery price of £7 to be told it doesn’t guarantee next day apparently it can be up to 2 days later and doesn’t class Saturday as a working day so deceiving and not only did I not get a response 3 weeks later I’ve had to resend the email and be told I’m still required to pay the cost of delivery as they are a small company and cannot subsidise this cost. Would not recommend and won’t be ordering again.

Hi Carly our fastest delivery is clearly stated as a 1-2 day delivery. You ordered on 28/12/24 which was a Saturday and recieved on 31/12/24 which was a holiday as i explained in our email you actually did recieve 'next day' as our delivery does not count weekends/holidays and this is stated in our delivery information.
I am sorry for the delayed response on our behalf and in referral to not subsiding this cost was in regards to the return shipping cost which again is clearly stated on our website that we do not currently offer free returns (unless we are at fault) however like i said in our email it is something we want to look into in the future but unfortunately not something we can provide at the current time.

Awful experience with this company

Awful experience with this company. Still no £75 refund, and are now ignoring all of my messages. Very disappointed as have always loved purchasing from here, such a shame they don’t have a good return policy and loyalty to their customers.

My daughter sent part of her order back to glamify fashion which they received weeks ago still NO REFUND, after checking trust pilot we can now see that this is a regular occurrence, I think that seeing as though this is common practice for this company more should be done than just contacting our banks, I certainly won’t be leaving this here.

We are currently working on a 14 working day timeframe from receiving the parcel back to our warehouse to refunding the customer. This is made aware to our customers on the confirmation email when we recieve the return, we also made your daughter aware of this when she queried her return. your parcel was recieved on the 3rd of january and is still within the timescale we had given.

We do apologise for the longer timescale for returns we are aware it is longer than it should be and we are striving to be quicker for our customers. We have improved a lot with returns this year after the feedback we had recieved we are just unfortunately quite back logged from the Christmas and can ensure you this is just a small set back.

Never received £30.00 refund

I bought a £30.00 top from Glamify in October 2024, which I returned tracked and was received by the team there and still have not been refunded 3 months later. I have chased several times to be given blunt excuses such as ‘your refund will be processed soon’, still now in January 2025 no refund. I have now let it be, as I can’t be bothered to chase £30.00 and no one is responding to me anyway. I made it clear to the Glamify email team, I would not chase again, rather I will never order from here again and will advise friends not to either.

I can see your store credit was issued in October and you should have recieved an auto confirmation of this by email. It may have went into your junk and this is why it has been missed.

Absolutely disgusting how I have…

Absolutely disgusting how I have received an email to say I have only returned one part of a two piece tracksuit and that I will not be refunded for this item.

I received original acknowledgement of my return on 30.12.24 yet today 14.01.25 I am told a part is missing from my order??? You received this on 30th, if you have miss placed this 15 days down the line then this is not the consumers issue.

I returned order number 214897 = 3 x products in full

I have the proof of postage which includes the weight of the parcel yet received this email today.

Refund my order in full as I have returned within your term of 14 days. If not refunded I will open a case with the bank.

*******UPDATE******* glamify packing team have now found the item I originally sent back (strange how the ‘pants’ went walkies for a month) however have now been refunded and I appreciate the honesty and resolution.

Hi lauren,

I have emailed you a few days ago requesting proof of weight for us to query the missing part with royal mail.

You have not yet provided this therefore we are within grounds to not refund as you may have misplaced the pants yourself as we have no proof of a courier incident. I would be happy to investigate this further if you can provide the proof of postage which we do ask customers to keep hold of in case of incidents like this.

I can ensure you all of our returns are stored securely in cages once recieved and parcels are only opened at the point of processing so it is not possible we have misplaced them once here.

if you cannot provide proof we would be happy to post the remaining piece back to your self, please do let me know.

Refusing refund

I ordered 2 jumpers to see which one I preferred. I done a return online got the shipping label posted it and still 4 weeks later I’ve had nothing. So I emailed and apparently my item was non refundable. Nowhere did it say this when I ordered it or I wouldn’t have ordered it as an option! Also no one wanted to email me and let me know they just wanted to keep my money and the jumper! Now they are trying to make me pay for it to be delivered back to me as they won’t refund. Why did you accept a return online and item that can’t be refunded? And now expect me to pay. I would AVOID this place completely clearly dont want to ever refund people!!!!!

Glamify always go the extra mile for…

Glamify always go the extra mile for their customers. I have made a few orders recently and any issues i have faced they have immediately resolved i cannot recommend them enough. Just yesterday i placed an order that i needed for today and i hadn’t selected next day delivery, i emailed their customer service team and explained the problem and i was more than happy to pay the additional fee. They explained that it was absolutely fine and there was no need for me to pay the additional cost. My parcel is now en route this afternoon. Can’t thank them enough!

Kleding en kleur komt totaal niet overeen met de foto’s op de website.
46,- douane kosten aan de deur moeten betalen .
Retourneren niet mogelijk
Ik heb op allerlei manieren geprobeerd om met deze winkel in contact te komen maar helaas zonder resultaat.
Koop hier niet !! Niets is zoals op de foto’s
Retourneren is niet mogelijk
Het is ook onmogelijk om contact te krijgen .

Ordered a coat which was really big

Ordered a coat which was really big! I wanted to order the same coat a size down, If I wanted a refund I was going to lose quite a bit of money! So I opted for a store credit!
However it’s now 14 days later and I have been on the chat and asked where it is as I wanted to order a coat in the sale, I’ve been told they are off for the holidays! Well 2nd Jan is a normal working day. Surely at their busiest time of year there should be people there dealing with refunds, credits and orders?
Disgusting customer service!
I am surprised they still have a business if this is how they treat customers

Great Customer Service

Had trouble with my Apple Pay reverting to standard delivery and needed my order to be shipped first class. They responded extremely quickly and very kindly agreed to change this for me. 10/10!

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could! Absolutely terrible customer service! Still no refund I’ve been waiting just over 6 weeks now!!
The email replies have been so rude and unprofessional! Keep being told an investigation needs to be done, surely that should be done now! I do not recommend buying anything from this company!!

Dodgy refunds!

Do not order from this company, they are disgraceful. I sent a return back to them on 27 November and I still have not received my refund. They have sent me a store credit card which they are saying I requested when I did not! No end of emails have been exchanged, it’s disgusting the way I’ve been treated. Stay away!
