Amazing customer service,
After not being able to locate a parcel glamify were so helpful in getting to the bottom of it.

Great customer service, i’d accidentally sent it to an old address and just messaged them on instagram I had an instant reply and they sorted it straight away 😊

I always have a great experience with this brand, shipping is super fast and the quality is stunning. Great response time to any questions I have on socials and via email, I recently entered my shipping address incorrectly and they were so helpful and friendly in resolving it for me. Thank you!

★☆☆☆☆ Absolutely Terrible – Avoid at All Costs!
I ordered two co-ord sets from Glamify Fashion and paid extra for next-day delivery. What I received was shocking – both sets looked like something you'd find on a market stall for £10. The material was unbelievably cheap and see-through. The sizing was beyond ridiculous: the trousers looked like they were made for Slender Man and the top could barely fit a premature baby.
I returned the items immediately (and had to pay £4.99 for the privilege). It’s now been over a month, and I’m still chasing my refund. Every time I contact them, I get the same copy-paste response: “Please allow 14 working days.” Funny how they’re lightning-fast at taking your money for this low-quality rubbish, but suddenly can't manage basic customer service when it comes to issuing refunds.
To make things worse, they’ve only refunded half my order so far, and I'm still waiting on the rest. Trying to get your money back from this company feels like a full-time job. Worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Glamify Fashion is a complete joke – save yourself the stress and shop literally anywhere else.

DOESNT EVER REFUND MONEY.

I took the plunge and ordered a few items from them. It’s pretty outrageous that they take 3 weeks to refund and returns. I then reached out to them after 3 weeks asking where it is. It’s being processed again and again. Still no money.
I then threatened to reach out to trading standards and escalate complaint for them to look into the dealings of this company. What do you know, 3 days after, they processed my refund and sent me proof: they only actioned my refund on the day I mentioned trading standards. Please make trading standards aware of this company and let glamify know you’ve informed TS.
They panicked and issued my refund.
This company wants to keep customers monies… a very strange hill to die on.

Bought the lip stain in nude. Colour definitely not nude. It needs to be left on for ages (20mins) before it sets. Wish I hadn’t bothered.

Great service , went of their way to help me as I’m always last minute, also really quick to respond .

I have ordered many times from Glamify. The clothes are gorgeous and great quality. The pieces are different from the regular high street and always stand out. I have always received my parcel on time and they have a great customer service team on hand!! Highly recommended Glamify to fill your wardrobe with all its gorgeousness

I had an amazing experience with Glamify Fashion! I was searching everywhere for an item that had gone out of stock, and their team went above and beyond to help me get it. Their customer service was quick, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. I’m so impressed by the effort they made to assist me—truly a brand that cares about its customers. I’ll definitely be shopping with them again. Highly recommend!

Still not received my refund I returned my items over a month ago now. They have been emailing me back and forth stating it is being processed but still not received. I have now contacted my bank and sent the evidence to prove my item has been returned and the email correspondence.

So I have now contacted my bank as they have still not refunded my returns money. They fob you off with its “being escalated.” This clearly is not the case as this is all I keep hearing.
My advise is only buy from them if you absolutely know you won’t want to return it or pay using PayPal as they will fight your corner. Other than that avoid as plenty more decent companies would be grateful for your money and respect it. They must have a cash flow issue so who knows if it’s about to go under!?

Do not buy from the company its a scam you will not get your refund back.

Awful experience! I have returned clothes and am still waiting for my refund a month later. The company do not reply to messages for ages, and then when they do they claim they’ll pay you. Yet I am still waiting. I am now being charged on my credit card. This is unacceptable service. On my account it also says refunded as if the order is closed out, which is incorrect. No refund has been received.

Absolutely terrible. I’ve been waiting for my refund for 1 month. Terrible customer service. I’ve been chasing everyday! Absolutely awful DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. I will now be raising this with trading standards for further advise

Awful customer service. Sent refund still not refund over 14 days. Terrible customer service not helpful at all and having read reviews I am gutted I didn’t check this page first. Don’t make the mistake in purchasing.

They Received my return 3 weeks ago & still not got my refund!!

Ordered a pair of cowboy boots last minute from Glamify Fashion for my daughter for a festival. They arrived he next day at her university in Bournemouth 🥳 amazing service. They were shipped almost as soon as I payed. Amazing boots for the price and my daughter absolutely loved them as they finished off her outfit beautifully. Thanks guys for the amazing service. I will definitely be ordering from you again real soon. *****
