I think this is one of the best fashion brands I've seen recently. Not only I was able to customize unique shoes for my wedding, but the actual quality of those shoes would probably last me a lifetime. It may even pass to my grandchildren, they are so good :)
Some people have complaints about the delivery, I don't know about that, I got everything on day 13, keep in mind they are made-to-order product, it's not like they have shoes laying around waiting to be send, everything is produced on demand.
For what you pay, the price is a bargain.

I have had a pair of Girotti shoes made for me in lovely colours. They are fantastic, and very comfortable. Quality in every way. Please do not believe these rubbish reviews.
By the way,I have also ordered a handbag in the same colours as my shoes.

This is clearly a fake company/scammers.
Ordered shoes cost £245. Website says delivery 5-10 days. Every time I checked status, it says they’re in production. Nearly 2 months and endless emails to them which are ignored. Fraud action raised with bank and scam reported. Beware and do not buy from this company.

The customer service of this company is quite poor and don't expect much communication about your order.
I placed an order on the 15th and they arrived on the 27th Febuary. 74 days after purchase.
Now they arrived, they are very good quality and I am not unhappy about them.
Not sure if the leather is real but feels it. The boots are really well made and look like the price I paid for them.
I chose to have my wife's initials stamp into them and that could be better, it is a simple small stamp, not like the gold one and the website.
IF YOU WANT BOOTS IMMEDIATELY DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, but if you can wait, they seem to be decent.
The boots I purchased have turned out really nice.

Given the overwhelmingly positive customer feedback, I find the discrepancy with your experience concerning. For over two months, I have been attempting to receive an ankle boot order, and after a month of inquiries, I received an Evri email stating delivery, accompanied by a photograph of a generic green door. This photo, easily replicated anywhere, was presented as evidence of delivery to my residence. My concern is the lack of photographic evidence of the actual delivery location. Despite two months of back-and-forth communication, including a recent conversation with Dayana, the case has been inexplicably closed, and access to a manager has been denied. Legal counsel in both Italy and London has been engaged, and further action will be taken. I strongly advise against using this company due to the significant loss of time, money, and effort involved.

I never ordered shoe I've had my eyes on them for a couple of years now but after reading reviews girotti should not be allowed to even advertise their fake ass Italian items.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered a pair of boots and a pair of shoes. The company advertises that they are made in Italy, but one shipment was from Belgium and I had to pay customs on top of the price (already expensive) boots. The other pair was in Bulgaria and I received notification that I need to pay customs £85 on top of the price of the shoes. The seller said they will reimburse it, but I requested them to take the shoes back and refund me. It took a long time and many emails back and forth to receive the refund for the shoes. It also took over 6 months to receive refund of the customs paid for the boots, only after I made complains to the management. Now, the quality of the boots that costed me over £200 is terrible. The leather is very hard and, after wearing the boots for few hours, I have blisters all over my feet. I will not be able to wear these boots anymore. This is not Italian make and definitely not the price they are selling for. This is a cheap fake with a nice looking design. I would like to return these to the seller, but the horrible experience I had with getting refund for customs and shoes I never even received, I suspect there will be no result (unless I take legal action). terrible quality and service.

Please don’t order from Girotti without reading all reviews ! Agree completely with all other negative comments. Order delayed ! Sizing not as expected. No half sizes. Despite headline ‘ free returns ‘ advertised on top of website, this company misleads as they refuse returns & refunds except if shoes faulty! Dreadful customer service. I had to employ the Section 75 route to recover my payment !

After a delay in manufacturing and shipping, I tried to cancel these shoes, but was told they were already in production. I have now received them and they are a different colour to those I ordered......

I requested a refund and asked how to return them days ago and have been ignored since. Clearly they are avoiding refunds, which is completely at odds with their online marketing. I have complained to Facebook about their marketing and am about to raise a complaint to PayPal. I really question their commercial practices. So I would definitely avoid them

I ordered shoes for my wedding, I recieved updates quickly initially. However when they were shipped they got stuck in transit (I think customs blocked them). I contacted Girotti for support and had no reply within 1 week, so i contacted the transport company who said they couldn't help and it was being returned to sender.

I contacted Girotti again via email and got no reply.

I then started a Paypal claim against the order and got a reply within 1 day. It took around 6 back and forth messages providing them with lots of information for them to finally understand and accept there was a problem. I asked for information on what they could do differently if they were to resend, they didn't answer this and chose only to reply that they can resend and it will take 1 month.

I asked for a refund, and they accepted this immediately and i recieved it immediately. I never received the product so i can't comment on quality but i would recommend using a secure payment method that you can recall if they don't provide you with support.
