I placed an order #38652 online for a pair of sneakers on March 26, 2026.
The carrier still has not delivered the shoes and Benjamin Berner's customer service has left me to my fate.
I'll just have to solve it myself for them.
I paid for the shoes but the shoes did not arrive.
They don't want to help me, I will never order anything from them again.

Han diese auf eigene Kosten nach Italien schicken müssen. Dies war Anfang Februar und ich habe bis heute nichts gehört. Hab per Paypal bezahlt und hoffe ich bekomme mein Geld wieder.

Abzocker !!! Ich musste die versandkosten für die Retoure selber bezahlen und bei der Erstattung haben die mir dann auch die Lieferungskosten in Höhe von 9,90€, welche der Shop erstmal bezahlt hat, abgezogen. Betrüger hoch 10 !!!

If I could give a minus score I would. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, one of which I returned to them after contacting them agreeing to this. I returned on 28th November, they arrived in Switzerland on 3rd December but they would NOT accept the delivery. I have had to file a case through PayPal to try and get the refund, its cost me nearly £20 to send them back and now they do not respond to any emails etc.

Dying Shoes Service & Amazing Customer Service
Recently I purchased a pair of shoes "Touch ups Tegan Dyeable Satin Shoes" for my son's wedding. Benjamin-Walk sells these shoes. They were exactly what I was looing for. My friend suggested I consider dying the shoes to match my dress. When researching where I could have the shoes dyed, I found that most shoe repair stores no longer have this service and that Benjamin-Walk does! I emailed them to ask more questions about the dying process and if they can match my dress. They said they could........I emailed them a few times to be sure I understood the steps & the length of the process. Their customer service is absolutely wonderful - Timely with their responses and very courteous. I felt good about the company and the process so I sent them my shoes and piece of my dress. I just received the shoes and they look perfect. If anyone is looking for support with dying satin shoes, you have to try this company.
Don’t wast your money
For the last 9 to 10 years I have purchase many things online and I have never ever experienced something like it. I have returned the item as requested and two months later still chasing for the refund and no luck!!!
Not to say the reason of returning of the item not up to stands for the price!!!

I am waiting for any answer for my shoes for 2 weeks. There is still nothing and i do live in Switzerland, on page it say shoes will be send in 2 bussnies day. We find a number on reciept and someone answer. They told us they changing warehouse and they will send later this week, nothing. We called again and they say next weeks monday. Still nothing! They stoped answering on phone and shoes we payed 300 euros. Its drive me crazy that this is legit site in Switzerland! Anyone know where to report them?
