★☆☆☆☆ SCAM – DO NOT BUY – G2A SHOULD BAN THIS SELLER

This is an absolute scam.

I thought I was buying a Steam game key through G2A like normal. Instead, they sent me login details to some shady, pre-made Steam account. Nowhere on the G2A page was this clearly explained — it’s misleading and dishonest.

I contacted them 7 minutes after purchase, asking for a refund. I never used the account, never logged in. Their response? Rude and dismissive, refusing to refund me for a product that violates Steam’s terms of service. These kinds of accounts can be banned at any time.

They’re hiding behind vague descriptions and exploiting G2A’s platform. This should not be allowed, and G2A is complicit by letting it happen.

g2a is usually a steam code, it didnt mention that this was a new account which is totally ludicrous.
The whole having to setup a new account and the fact my code for the email change didnt work left me at first frustrated and worried I'd been scammed, I had to try multiple times to get a new code.
New steam account is now setup which again is annoying as ow got two steam accounts simply for one game.

Did not recieve anything and lost my 10€. Could have eaten for that money. Great job G2A for supporting this stupid site.

I bought Rainbow Six Siege Deluxe Edition through G2A and received my account from GetYourGame.net. The process was straightforward, I waited around 5 minutes and got everything I needed. Now, I successfully own the account. The product is great, though it’s worth noting that you don’t get it instantly, it takes a few minutes to process (They say on their site 10-15 minutes but it only took around 5 for me).

GetYourGame clearly states on the purchase page that you’re buying an ACCOUNT, not a KEY. This is clearly outlined, so double-check your order before purchasing to avoid confusion.

Overall, the process was decent, and the product delivered as promised. Just be sure to read the listing details to ensure you know exactly what you're purchasing!

Ich habe über MMGOA schon 20 Spiele bestellt und es gab nie Probleme....bis jetzt. Ich habe mir FS2024 für 120€ vorbestellt und diesen Link bekommen und der Bot kam nicht obwohl im Getyourgame Fenster dies bestätigt wurde.E-Mail mit Bildern gleich an MMGOA gesendet, dass der Link nicht funktioniert. Warte jetzt seit 3 Tagen auf Antwort und bis jetzt nichts.Werde wohl bei Paypal nen Antrag stellen müssen, da MMGOA nicht bereit ist zu liefern.Wenn die so weiter machen, dann wars das mit MMGOA!

expected a key, got a completely new steam account with the game on it. Very, very shady.
Also they made an email account for you to log in to and change password, bla bla bla..

When asking for a refund, i got the message:
Since the link was displayed to you already, since we already paid G2A fee, and you received correct product - refund/replacement can't be issued.

TLDR; Don't buy anything from them

So I bought cod black ops 3 on this site, and I thought it was a key but nope, they decided to give me a brand new account that has the game, not only is this bannable, but it's completely just stupid, I wanted to play this game with my brother but I don't trust it, I requested a refund and I hope I get my $20 back.

UPDATE: I did get the refund but not from the website but from paypal.

Got scammed with no form of contacting support, gg.

Extremely shoddy and shady
When buying games from G2A (I know, what did I expect) I got redirected to getyourgame to redeem the games. For each game I received the login credentials to a Steam account and to a email-address linked to the Steam account. Now, you were advised to change the email-address to one of your own choosing, and change the password of the account. Now the account should belong to you and you can play the game. With library sharing your main account would have access to the games. It all worked out for me but it sure felt very, very strange and not safe. Never experienced something like this and cannot recommend
