We are U.S. citizens who had always dreamed of getting married in Europe, but knew we needed expert help to make that dream a reality. At first we were apprehensive finding a company online. We weren’t sure if they were reputable or dependable. However, we were delighted with their prompt response to our phone call and emails. Nothing but high praises for this professional company that really helps you get married in Denmark! All of the staff were exceedingly helpful and they took the guesswork out of us trying to do this ourselves directly with the Family Agency. It was a bit of a painful process getting all the documentation together like perfect photos of our passport pages and other documents but it was all worth it since we got our approval within one day! We paid for the full service and all went smoothly. They helped with finding a private register and worked with our hotel to organize a room for us to marry in. It was magical. Genuinely one of the smoothest experiences of our lives. All instructions and guidance was perfectly clear, all teams involved in the process had an extremely fast response times, and all responses to our questions or doubts were written clearly.

We also paid for the apostille service which was worth it - this additional service had us drop off our marriage certificates and mailed to the US with apostille documentation which was, again, extremely smooth and quick.

Our plan to get married in Denmark in order to avoid the bureaucratic hurdles in Germany became a smooth and stress-free reality thanks to GMID. The team took care of all the administrative work, saving us an incredible amount of time, energy, and stress.

This allowed us to focus entirely on what really mattered: our wedding day. And it was an absolute dream.

We had a very nice call with Eva, who answered all of our questions. Our case was a bit special, since my residence permit expires at the end of february, and we prefered to marry before the end of february, so that i can get the new permit as a family member instead of prolonging my student one. What is most important - Eva was honest to us and told us, that she would not recommend us to use the services before i get the new permit, because the chances, that we would be able to get married untill the end of feb (we had a call on dec, 11th) are really small. We really appreciate this honesty and think, many other companies would assure, that the marriage before the end of feb is possible, and, in case of an unsuccess, tell us they could not make the process faster. We will definitely use the servces of GMiD in march, when i have the new permit!
