Great experience while on a leisure trip to London. Easy to book and track driver via the app, payment shown in advance, picked up within a couple of minutes, cab very clean , driver very friendly and chatty. Will be my go to for a taxi on our future visits , thank you !

Helped a lot
We had a medical emergency and had to get to a specific hospital to sort it. We needed a large vehicle with a separate area so Gett was the obvious answer. Only drawback was the time it took to get to the location even though it wasn’t the height of the rush hour so a few shortcuts wouldn’t have gone amiss. Otherwise would recommend.

There was confusion where the pick up…
There was confusion where the pick up was. He wasn't at the meeting point in the car park so I had to call the Gett number and find out where he was.

It is important to note that the airport charges a mandatory drop-off fee of £6.00 for all vehicles entering the Airport (including Taxis), This is an external fee charged by the airport itself, which is added to the metered fare.
