What happen to the application
We did the application and paperwork as required. They had everything they needed for payments to start 30 days after completion of the building. We received docs to esign again and Carlene’s were incorrect …. We got a second set of docs for me and did them on the phone however something still was not right so they finally sent another esign set and we completed them. We were told at that time all was good But we get a call last week and they stated they didn’t have them. I told them to check with whomever they needed to but somebody has those docs and they were done. Got a call later they have what they needed
Makes me wonder if you accounting office has a routine and works together. I will be watching my account monthly
