I found it disturbingly difficult to find out the last day of my no interest loan, it was not clearly stated on the PDF I was sent, nor was it clearly stated on either the Loan status Portal nor the Client Portal, nor was there any available to download documentation to identify the date. I paid the loan what I thought was about 25 days before the date I was told, only to discover I got charged a small amount of interest. I won't use this company again given the opportunity.

I have been doing things online for decades. This is the WORST LOAN COMPANY EVER. I tried to login, I know my password, and it is not working. I call, wait forever to speak to someone, she sends me a password link, doesn't give me a chance to get to my email, it expired in less than a minute then says well I already sent a link wait another 5 minutes.

FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO FINANCE!!
Do not do business with this company. I closed on a property that I had work done on and at closing, the title company sent a check to them overnighted to pay off the balance of what work was done. When the title company called to verify the correct address, they gave them the wrong address. So the overnighted check has been floating around somebody's office at a different address, not opened. And not applied, and for 2 weeks, I was getting calls about payments due and collecting the debt when my payoff, check was lost by them because they gave the title company the wrong information. I talked to several different people, Nobody could tell me exactly where my payment went even though I gave them the tracking number, the date that it was signed for and by whom. The worst business practice!!

I often ask people to speak a little slower, explaining that my age makes it hard for me to communicate over the phone. I was speaking with Ana A. and she immediately slowed her speech.
