HeallyMD seems kind of loosey-goosey for a healthcare company. I have an account, but it seems there is only bare bones info available through the website. As far as support, they seem to defer to texting from various numbers for that, which is a source of some confusion in this age of spoofed caller-ID. They also defer to the pharmacy (which never answers emails) for any info on the medications - I guess they're just the middle men? Plausible deniability? I dunno? All in all, not too confident in them, but they did save me about 25% over a competitor.

Quicj response with texting on any issue. My dosage as requested was raised from 6 mg to 6.75 mg of Sirolimus. Thanks, Larry

I really didn’t like how I would get the wrong dosage sent to me, and it happened quite a bit. Also, extremely expensive.

I have been having a great experience so far the products have been effective the communication with alert the products sent and the tracking number and when is get to my place so I can place quick in the refrigerator. Gabriela was very helpful last time. Thank you i appreciate it very much!
