They Deliver
The company delivers what it promises. Filling out the forms and setting up appointments was easy and straight forward. Customer service was great. The only issue was that logging into the account was a little difficult cause the links to set up a password that would automatically sent to me were not working. But with the help of customer service I figured that out too.

Invalid letters and horrible customer support
They issued a letter before my appointment, before any establishment with a medical provider, not giving me a chance to cancel my appointment even when I expressed that I no longer need their services. I never spoke with the doctor, and yet they issued a letter - which is against California state law and makes the letter invalid anyways. Despite me never establishing a relationship with the doctor, they are refusing to refund me because in the end, they wrote me some copy+paste letter that has no information whatsoever about my own needs for an ESA.
Their response below claims the letter is not an official ESA letter yet they labeled it as one when they delivered it to me and claimed all my services has been completed and therefore cannot receive a refund. After I wrote a detailed email about the law and my concerns, they are finally issuing me a refund.

The letter you received is not the final ESA letter. As per our protocol and in alignment with California state guidelines, the official ESA letter is issued after a 30-day period of continuous care. What you currently have is a care note from the doctor, confirming that you are under their supervision during this period. This initial note does not serve as the final ESA documentation.

The letter I received was incorrect. I have a Rabbit not a dog. I reached out to Fast ESA to fix the problem and they did just that in a timely manner. The letter I received was accepted by my housing management and I was able to keep my animal home with me.

They were responsive til they weren’t
They were quick and responsive, but my letter got denied by my landlord and originally they were very responsive about helping me get it approved, but then they stopped responding after a week or so. So I wasted the money getting the letter, just to end up paying pet rent and deposit
Update: they contacted me again after I posted a bad review and refunded me, so now I’m just annoyed that I went thru all the effort just for it to not work out, but satisfied that I got my money back
