Absolutely the best chocolate cake I have ever had. It's ridiculous. It was delivered and everything was in tact. Perfect. Extremely naughty. I'll be back.

Instagramable and not unpleasant but very expensive for what it was.

Given the premium price I'd expect decent customer service but it was quite poor.

E-mailed twice asking for the order to be dispatched at a different date but no one got back to me on either occasion and as such it arrived late. Lack of clear timescales on website. Unlikely to order again.

I’ve been adamantly waiting for this drop for the milky bar cake! So I purchased the Father’s Day bundle with the big slice of the cake, sprinkle cookies and 2 brownies. Brownies were 100% better than the cake, cookies were a top favourite in the house but the cake the star of the show was in all honesty terrible. It was dry and the only redeeming fact is the buttercream. It is overpriced for what you are buying. Quite disappointing as I’ve been waiting a long time for this. 2/5 stars. If you are wanting a softer and nicer cake you are best of baking it your own.

Ordered different things on a few occasions delivered from here feel like I’ve liked it less each time. The cake isn’t bad, but I do think it’s overrated. This time I ordered and received 1 less cookie. I emailed to check if the amount was right as didn’t want to complain if I’d misread. The reply was to give me 20% off my next order rather than a partial refund for the missing product which I was pretty miffed about. I’ve paid for something here that I’ve not received. It’s was probably made worse cause I’d just seen an Instagram story of the owner being a d**k to someone cause he can’t take negative comments and bragging about having no mortgage. Then not even being offered a refund of £3.33 for the missing cookie. Shit customer service. Don’t think I’ll be ordering again. Delivery has always been spot on. Well done DHL.

To be honest I really do not understand what all the hype is about with this companies bakes, and I feel quite disappointed!
We ordered an OG Brownie, Caramel Brownie and a slice of the Bert cake.
The OG Brownie was very sticky and claggy in the mouth not a fan
The Caramel Brownie, I must admit was nice, caramel was a nice texture and flavour.
The Bert well I really do not understand what is so special about it too be honest. The cake layers themselves didn't seem so fresh, but the filling was nice. Just like a normal choc fudge cake!
Were they worth the money?
No definitely not.
Nothing stood out too me, the best out of all 3 was the Caramel Brownie but I have tasted better!
Really overrated and very disappointed too be honest, but was worth a try to find out, but will not be purchasing again.

Pure chocolate in their brownies and cake. The order process is quick and easy, delivery is effective and the food itself is to die for.

I placed an order for one of their wonky Berts and cookies. It arrived the next day in perfect condition - it was only slightly wonky, but wonky enough to warrant a discount (but still amazingly delicious warmed up and served with ice cream!).

I have since placed a Father's Day pre-order. I can't wait!

Goodness me this place is amazing. I bought a slice of the milk chocolate big Bertha, 4 salted caramel brownies and 4 PB&J brownies and was not disappointed in the slightest. I was a little worried as the delivery was a day late but didn’t change the quality of the product what so ever. The brownies were gooey and dense, could only have 3 bites and was full lol, personally they lasted me past the consume by date. Big Bertha took 3 of us to eat and a total of 4 days 🤭 she’s a big one, they don’t use cheap butter cream for fillings, they use beautiful silky ganache and I am ALL for it. Would 100% recommend and it is well worth the money.

The bertha tastes good, but sadly it didnt give me that premium experience that i expected from a premiumly priced product if that makes sense. It reminded me of the frozen Iceland chocolate fudge cake, which tastes amazing but costs fraction of the price
