Very professional and highly recommended
Very professional and trust based relationship with Germany Pension Refund (GPR). Any delay caused in my case was based on internal issues at DRV and NOT due to GPR. On the contrary, GPR always was professional and supportive in all communications to continuously follow-up with the DRV including a Legal complaint that was needed in my case. My case took more than the average of 3 months and even close to a year to get the refund back - so it is highly recommended to be patient during this process, and GPR will help you fully in your journey. I can attest that this internal issue with DRV was uncovered and eventually solved in my case due to GPR's continuous efforts. Big thanks to Julia who handled my case personally. Very satisfied and highly recommended to fellow expats. Kudos!

When I first started this process, I honestly didn’t know what to expect. It felt overwhelming at times, and I had a lot of questions.
