Habe mir ein Racingarmband (Hunter Racing)in blau bestellt, bin total begeistert. Angenehmes Leder, Schnellwechselsystem(gegen Aufpreis)schöne Farbe. Der Versand ging von einen Tag auf den Anderen.

Ich bin leider sehr enttäuscht von meiner Erfahrung mit diesem Online Shop.

Am 19. März habe ich eine Uhrenrolle zu einem wirklich hohen Preis bestellt, in der Erwartung entsprechend guten Service zu erhalten. Auf der Website wird ausdrücklich mit einem schnellen Versand von 1 bis 3 Tagen geworben, heute ist jedoch der 28. März und ich habe meine Bestellung noch immer nicht erhalten.

Besonders ärgerlich ist die fehlende Kommunikation. Ich habe den Kundenservice per E Mail kontaktiert, um den Status meiner Bestellung zu erfragen, doch meine Anfrage wurde komplett ignoriert. Außer der automatischen Bestellbestätigung habe ich keinerlei weitere Informationen oder Updates erhalten.

Der Service wird dem Preis in keiner Weise gerecht. Insgesamt unzureichend. Keine Empfehlung.

Ordered two 20mm straps, they didn’t fit my watch with 20mm lugs. When I measured the straps they were 21mm wide. Tried to get in contact with Fluco, used e-mail (all the different I could find) sent text messages to phone number, used DM on instagram. Didn’t get a reply anywhere, feels like a joke. It’s a shame because the straps feels and looks great, apart from that the with didn’t match the size as indicated.

I ordered in total 3 straps from them on two separate occasions. The first strap that arrived was great and met expectations. My second order had issues though: one of the straps arrived slightly too wide. I had ordered a 19mm one, same as my first order, but the width was closer to 19.5mm. This made it very hard to put it on the watch without ruining the side of the leather strap.

Initially I thought this would be no big issue, I would contact them and they would figure out a way to fix it - especially given the high price. However, after countless attempts of trying to reach out to them through their contact form and email, not once did they respond to my contact attempts. The straps are good quality, unfortunately the customer service is non-existent. Especially aggravated by the price point.

All smooth and an overall good experience. The products are at a high artisanal standard. I bought a watch strap and a credit card case – both are beautifully crafted. The Kreditkartenetui Slim Wallet-Togo Leder feels premium and the stitching is flawless. Definite recommendation for anyone looking for quality leather goods.

I am a frequent customer of Fluco 1952. Their service is top notch, fast and reliable. Got my strap within 3 days. I ordered their relatively new Horween Basketball leather steap („Courtside“). The quality and the workmanship is 1 A. The stitching is perfect and so is the lining. I am very satisfied with their price-performance ratio. Another „Courtside“ is on its way.

Ordered the titanium adapter for Apple Watch Ultra 2. I’ve received two different sizes. One was 24mm lug size but the other one was 26. I thought this is just a mistake and will be rectified. I’ve made a call and send email too. I was told they will post out the replacement to the wrong size. Well, after many weeks never received it. No answer to any of my emails either. I would never order anything from them.

Die Qualität des Leders, sowie die Beratung bei einer Sonderanfertigung war perfekt. 100 % weiter zu empfehlen.

Die Qualität der Armbänder für Uhren ist unterirdisch. Mir wurde ein defektes Armband geliefert, das angeblich 89.- kosten soll?. Die Naht war bereits aufgegangen, anstatt dies mit einer Ersatzlieferung zu begleichen, wurde mir unterstellt,dies Armband mutwillig kaputt gemacht zu haben. Ein Mitarbeiter des Kundenservice war unfreundlich und unterstellte mir weiterhin mutwillig das Armband zerstört zu haben.
Ich würde bei dieser Firma nicht noch einmal einkaufen und empfinde die UVP der Armbänder als nicht gerechtfertigt.. Leistung sehr ungenügend.

identical experience. Ordered a watchstrap 6 months ago. Heard a couple of times that it was/would be/will be shipped, then a series of emails ghosted by Herr Fleischmann.
No refund.
Had previous good experience with same company. Management change?
