All the products they sell are great, especially the carbon fibre parts that are made directly for them - everything being correctly priced is a real plus too.

Never trust this site

Never trust this site. They sell the product, days pass, the product doesn't arrive, and then they say it's out of stock. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The headlight you ordered is an extremely rare unit — the BMW 1 Series Adaptive LED Shadow Edition headlight. At the time of purchase, you were advised that this item was not in stock and would need to be specially ordered.

Due to the rarity of this headlight, only one unit was available to order at the time. BMW themselves have had this headlight out of stock for a considerable period, meaning that even the main BMW dealership network was unable to supply it.

Unfortunately, the headlight we successfully sourced and ordered on your behalf was lost in transit by the courier. As soon as this was confirmed, we issued a full refund immediately and sent a formal apology.

While this situation is obviously frustrating for everyone involved, issues such as parcels being lost in transit are unfortunately a normal risk within shipping logistics and outside of our control. At all times we kept you informed and did not mislead you in any way, and once we were notified that the item had gone missing, we resolved the matter promptly by refunding you in full.

We sincerely apologise again for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

These guys know their stuff!

These guys know their stuff! I brought my (beloved) C63s in with quite a few issues. Joe and David talked me through the issues and agreed prices with me before doing any work. Joe and David called me regularly to update me on the work and we discussed different options for repairs and prices. These guys do not rip you off - genuine parts installed, pics sent to me of parts replaced and my car is now running like a dream!
I was so impressed, I brought my A45 back for a full service and couple of repairs - all done perfectly and at a very competitive price!
These guys are much better and more knowledgeable than the main stealers, with a genuine interest in performance cars.
I will definately be back!

Took my C63 in to German Parts for a…

Took my C63 in to German Parts for a gearbox service and re-learn, and the service was spot on from start to finish.

I stayed on-site while the work was carried out, Joe and the team were brilliant—everything was properly checked, dialled in, and explained clearly. You can tell they take real pride in their work and know these cars inside out.

Comfortable waiting area, plenty of coffee (lost count after about five ☕️), the car came back feeling exactly how it should.

10/10 service – would highly recommend.

Great company to purchase German car parts

I purchased a driver side LED headlight with the modules for a bmw F20, it took a while to be delivered as it had come from Germany however, the lights were brand new top quality well packaged and I was also given regular updates on my order. Overall great company would recommend anyone to purchase their German parts from them.

NO HARMFUL OR ILLEGAL CONTENT HERE. THE EXACT TRUTH AS IT HAPPENED.

What a disgrace this company is. Bought a rear light for a Mercedes 2o months ago. I returned it immediately as it was faulty. The manager Jo confirmed the return by telephone and informed me that the refund would be with me in 3-5 days.
20 month later, after numerous calls and emails to both Jo and Emily . Still haven’t received it.
You call Jo and he says calmly, email Emily, she will sort it out. You email E and there’s no reply. You call Jo back and he just says don’t call him again. This has been like this all this time. I forgot about this on several occasions as, well, you just forget as you’ve got other things to get on with.
I have proof of the transcript acknowledging my return and promise of a refund from Jo. But no joy.
I have never been rude to these people but my last call I was aggressively foul mouthed by Jo.
I am now going through a small claims court to get my refund.

UPDATE
Sent them notice of intention and I was refunded. Only took them two years.
BEWARE!!! These are not to be trusted!!!

For the avoidance of doubt, you were refunded in full, and written confirmation of this refund was provided to you via email.

You have been unable to provide any evidence that the item was returned, nor any tracking details to support your claim. The refund was issued solely as a gesture of goodwill after persistent and abusive contact directed at our business over an extended period.

It is worth noting that contacting any reputable company nearly 20 months after purchase to demand a refund—without proof of return—would ordinarily result in the request being declined and further contact discouraged.

Regarding your comments about our telephone manner, our records show that you contacted us while stating individuals’ full names and home addresses in a threatening manner. This call was recorded and remains on file.

You have received your full refund. There is therefore no outstanding matter between yourself and our company. We now request that you cease further contact.

Got me out of the dark!

Germans Parts absolutely saved me, my BMW 5 series headlights started to form condensation and then collect water in them I thought my car was done for, I looked high and low for reasonably priced headlights and debated going down the second hand route until a friend of mine recommended German Parts.

I purchased a pair of brand new bi xenon headlights, they come very well packed and even built up ready to be installed, needless to say I am now back on the road and ready for the winter months!

The headlights were brand new, delivery was swift, I cannot fault them.

I highly recommend German parts and will continue to use them in the future!

Quality Parts and Great After Sale Service

Received my ordered parts and most importantly, the quality is excellent. After sale support is top tier (10/10). I got a c63 carbon diffuser and a few other items. The diffuser is sooo gorgeous. Everything perfectly fit without any issues.

Overall great shop.

After incurring further losses, Jo has finally given me a refund for the defective suspension parts, however, based on the attached pics, I’d say stay well away from this business.

This matter is being escalated from small claims court to trading standards to even further. To think that these people find it ok to supply defective parts and then install as per the pics below, it’s ridiculous. Damage was found to front suspension bags and I have evidence that these damages was not there prior to giving my car to German Parts for a week, this is being raised to Trading standards.

Summary:

- defective parts supplied
- losses occurred due to fitting defective parts
- parts fitted horribly wrong by German Parts
- losses occurred to have them removed and have brand new ones installed
- damages found to front suspension bags
- damages found to car trimming near boot area, instead taking off the parts, they’ve ripped off the trimmings
- everything mentioned is evidenced really well with pictures to videos
- court claim, trading standards and fraud protection team are aware and case is moving forward

Like many other reviews, initial communication with this company starts well but soon deteriorates when problems arise at which point they become defensive and ignore requests to put things right.
I ordered a pair of replacement headlights for my BMW in October 2024.
They were delivered in December 2024, and were professionally fitted and programmed using ISTA software.
However, the DRL on the left headlight was considerably dimmer, which I reported to German Parts, and to their credit, they sent out replacement DRLs.
The beam pattern thrown out by the lights was also erratic, which I reported to German Parts.
I made an appointment to visit German parts and
I visited them in January 2025 for the DRL to be replaced and the beam pattern rectified.
I met the owner Joe, who I found to be very friendly and personable.
The errors with the headlights could not be rectified, so Joe agreed to order replacements for me.
However, these never arrived.
I made many calls to German Parts as well as emails and WhatsApp messages which were ignored.
A BMW dealership inspected the headlights and confirmed that the beam pattern was erratic and tried to correct them but without success and suspected they were probably for LHD models, and would fail an MOT.
I pointed this out to Joe, but by now he was not responding to any emails/WhatsApp messages from me.
I then had the headlights replaced by BMW for new OEM ones in order that the car would not fail its MOT.
I asked for a refund from Joe - again this was ignored, so as a last resort I applied for a CCJ against German Parts on the basis that the units were faulty. The onus lies with the retailer to prove that they were fit for purpose within 6 months of purchase, which German Parts did not do contravening the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
They did not respond to the CCJ application and the CCJ was successfully issued against German Parts.
German Parts have ignored the CCJ.

Firstly, I would like to thank German Parts for responding to my review very speedily...
I would address the points raised By German parts as below:

1. Fit for Purpose – Nature of Purchase and Warranty Terms
Response: Joe was aware from the outset that the car already had retrofitted LED headlamps. I have email exchanges confirming this.

2. Customer Complaint and Inspection Findings
Response: Yes, I agree that the car had a front end collision, but this was in 2019 before the initial retrofit of the headlamps. They were installed professionally using the correct programming software and passed every MOT since. German Parts have provided no evidence of the damage they refer to, nor any evidence that the headlamps supplied by them had been fitted incorrectly.

3. Attempts to Recover Funds and Replacement Request
Response: I agree that I lodged a claimback via the funding source. This was in response to not receiving any replies to the numerous emails/phone calls/WhatsApp messages sent to German Parts. Joe had agreed to supply replacement units, but these never arrived… As a result of the chargeback I lodged, Joe pleaded with me to retract the chargeback – again I have WhatsApp messages confirming this.

5. Lack of Product Return and Harassment from Claimant
Response: This point interests me… why would I want to return the products if German Parts is not honouring a refund? Again I have email exchanges offering to return the products in exchange for a refund. I even offered to accept a reduced refund, but no response was received from German Parts.
In no way were my emails to German Parts either aggressive or threatening – they were polite and informing German Parts of my intentions. I have these in my sent items.

In conclusion, Joe, please refund me and I will return the products to you and have the CCJ set aside. We can then just shake hand and agree to disagree…

1. Fit for Purpose – Nature of Purchase and Warranty Terms

Mr. Ohry purchased two brand new LED headlights from us with the intention of upgrading his
factory halogen headlights. This process is known as retrofitting. At no point during the purchase
was it disclosed to us that the headlights were being retrofitted to a vehicle not originally equipped
with LED headlights. As clearly stated in our terms and conditions, retrofitting is not covered under
our warranty. This is due to the fact that retrofitting requires modification to either the vehicle, the
headlights, or both—alterations which inherently void any warranty.

2. Customer Complaint and Inspection Findings

Following installation by a third-party garage, Mr. Ohry contacted us claiming issues with the
headlights. We advised him to return to the original installers, but he stated the garage was too far
away. As a gesture of goodwill, we agreed to inspect the vehicle ourselves. Upon inspection, we
discovered that the vehicle had been previously involved in a collision and had undergone
poor-quality repairs. This damage, along with the improper installation by the third-party garage,
was the root cause of the issues reported. We informed Mr. Ohry that due to the retrofit nature of
the installation and the post-accident condition of the vehicle, the warranty had been voided and we
were unable to assist further.

3. Attempts to Recover Funds and Replacement Request

Mr. Ohry subsequently attempted to recover funds through a chargeback claim via his bank, which
was unsuccessful. He later requested that we supply two brand new replacement headlights free of
charge. This request was denied, as the original headlights purchased were not compatible with the
factory specification of his vehicle and required third-party modifications. As stated previously,
products altered to suit a retrofit installation are not eligible for return or replacement under our
warranty policy.

4. Delay in Response Due to Personal Circumstances

Due to personal issues and family health issues the owner did unfortunately miss the timeframe set out by the court to respond to the claim, the claim was then awarded to the claimant by default, the owner has now returned to work and a counter claim has been put into against Mr Ohry.

5. Lack of Product Return and Harassment from Claimant

Finally, we would like to note that Mr. Ohry has made no effort to return the products in question.
Instead, he has sent multiple aggressive and threatening emails, including statements that he
intends to send bailiffs to our premises to seize goods.
