I had an amazing call with the Gemiini coach and I feel really confident that this is going to help my daughter. In just one week I can see a huge improvement in her eye-contact and she even looks like she is trying to talk! I am so hopeful!

BAD EXPERIENCE AND I WOULD WARN EVERYONE ABOUT THEIR PROMOTIONS AND OFFERS, SUCH AS THE "ONE-TIME TRIAL", WHICH I CONSIDER BORDERLINE FALSE ADVERTISING: NOT REALLY A TRIAL, BUT MERELY A SUBSCRIPTION WITH AN OBLIGATION TO SEND A WRITTEN CANCELLATION IF YOU DON'T WANT THIS TO TURN INTO A PERMANENT SUBSCRIPTION; THEY HIDE BEHIND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS YOU HAVE TO ACCEPT WHEN "TRYING" THE SERVICE, BUT IN FACT IT IS A HIDDEN "SUBSCRIBE UNTIL YOU CANCEL" SERVICE AS PER THOSE TERMS IN FINE PRINT: THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD WITHOUT ANY MESSAGE OR WARNING EVERY MONTH AFTER YOU "TRY" THE SERVICE, NO MATTER WHAT. THIS IS MISLEADING AND IMPROPER ADVERTISING, DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO ANYTHING, UNLESS YOU ARE 100% SURE YOU WANT THEIR SERVICE AND YOU ACCEPT TO BE CHARGED ON AN MONTHLY BASIS NO MATTER WHAT. I WILL REPORT THE BAD MARKETING PRACTICES.

I didn't find the videos helpful. I wanted to use them as a supplement to in person speech therapy. Our child was bored. I cancelled the service in Jan of this year. I haven't received an email comm since then. I recently noticed that Gemiini was still charging my card. I have called, waited in hold numerous times only to be directed to leaving a message. I starting to think this is a scam service. I cannot get a person to call me back. So now I will need to dispute the charges with CC company.

She has reminded me why I invested Gemini two years ago. I wasn't aware of all the tools that was available to me

The conversation went well. Janette was very friendly and helpful. My problem was specifically what set of videos I could show my 4 year old who repeats everything but doesn't understand it all. Janette helped me set up a system of videos and gave me lots of ideas on things to work on outside of the viewing time. She also encouraged me to keep in touch so they can follow along with my son's progress or help again if things didn't seem to be getting better. I feel more confident with the routine now that I have talked to Janette.

The session with Janette was very helpful,she explained well all of our questions.

Lori was an absolute joy to have a consult with today. Her compassion and wisdom made the consultation graceful and incredibly helpful. I am very grateful for her time and sharing her expert knowledge and delivering me the practical for “how to do this stuff” left me feeling very much at ease. Totally recommend this for language and speech. The videos are so helpful and my child is learning. The Gemiini support have been great for any queries and getting the best out of the modules. Currently on imitation and hope to stay consistent.

I am new to this program and have been using it for just a few days with my grandson. This phone consultation was so helpful because our consultant gave me a tour of all that is available in multiple areas. She was very clear and explained everything well. I bought the program, was not clear on how to use the app, I set a appointment for a phone conversation, and they actually call. The person from Gemini was so clear in advising and getting me to understand the program very well. Thank you again Lori.

Valerie was simply wonderful. She was very pleasant and I could hear in her voice she really wanted my son to succeed. My son has autism and she took the time to talk with me about his assessment and get him off on the right track.

I am just beginning this program with my son, but after talking to Valerie, I know we will be successful and Jake will have a much better quality of life as a result!

Thanks god for this program Gemiini. It was a very big help for us during this time. My son enjoying the program so much. He loves what's he's seeing. He loves to do the test and the flashcards after watching the videos. He is learning at the same and enjoying a lot.
We just started the program and I can see him that his very excited to see and learn every level. The program at every level is very useful. The specialist Ms. Natalia was very great, caring, sincere and well explained. Everything was easy for us as she given all the keys and doors that we need to open.. Thanks Ms. Natalia
